The other day, I visited Inoue Shuzo, whose representative brand is Hakonezan, in order to study Kanagawa sake as well 😆. Near the entrance of the Inoue Sake Brewery, there was a space where they were selling sake, so I asked what kind of fruity, easy-drinking sake they had and they recommended this one ✨. This sake is made with rice for killifish (to protect killifish) grown in rice paddies in Odawara city. It's 500ml but a bit pricey 🫣. The first day I drank it slightly chilled from room temperature, and the aroma is citrusy. The aroma is citrusy, the mouthfeel is thick, the flavor is mild, and the acidity comes with a kick. The aftertaste is short and refreshing, with no fizz, so it is like lemonade for adults. On the second day, the wine was well chilled, so it tastes like a white wine! It also has a slight sweetness to it that makes it easy to drink 😍. I think even people who don't like sake can drink it easily😊. From July 1, 12 breweries in Kanagawa (there are 13 in total) are holding a stamp rally: buy 1000 yen or more and get a stamp, collect them and get a prize 🎉Photo shows the stamp and sticker I received 😎.

I won the lottery for the sake I wanted to try, so I came here to buy one more bottle, and I was attracted by Aizu Miyazumi and Kafuda-shu, but the main sake was too expensive so it was over my budget😅. I found a reasonably priced sake that I wanted to try, so I bought it ✨Kikusen from Nishida Shuzo, the same brewery as Tasake😍It's not junmai, but I'm looking forward to it! The aroma is like green apple. It has the same beautiful umami as the Tasake, but this one has a sharp acidity that pushes it over the edge! In total it is a dry sake✨. Dry sake is what I think of as a food sake these days, so I had a soft salad rice cracker by my side! Oh, I've paired it with sake at a sake seminar...and since it's rice, it seems to go well with it. It's delicious when paired with ✨I think it goes well with the umami that stands out 😊. The price was under 1500 yen so it was easy on the wallet too 😆.

As was the case last time, this time too, when you enter Takekuma Sake Shop, there is a bottle of tasake in the refrigerator by the entrance 😁. And it's a red comet✨! Naturally I had to buy some of this too 😍. The aroma is like green apple and the rice smells full of rice. I feel a slight fizziness only on the first day and, as is typical of Tasake, a beautiful sweetness. I feel the acidity is more crisp and clear than usual. Finishing with bitterness, this is a well-balanced sake✨. I'm glad I bought it after all 😊.

Finally found hiragana takachiyo ✨I saw grape and cherry so I bought the grape 😁. I'm looking forward to it because it has a good reputation at Sake-no-wa 😙. I'll have some now 🙇. I didn't notice much aroma. The mouthfeel is thick! Chilli gassy feeling, this is refreshing. The sweetness is definitely a fan-fat grape flavor, but I drank it without mixing it well at first because it was so light, so the sweetness was a little hidden. The taste is juicy, the acidity is sharp, and there is a slight bitterness at the end ✨It's as good as its reputation, and I'll gobble it up 😍. I'm sorry for the recent posting frenzy, but I've been catching up on my posts and can finally post at my own pace. I'll post more later as I've stocked up on delicious sake like this one 😎.

I finally found 😍Katanozakura for my second drink at Yamanaka Sake Shop! I was looking for this to be my Osaka sake 😁. The aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is mellow, with a hint of sweetness, mild umami, and mild acidity, but it's balanced and easy to drink 😍This was a delicious sake✨. Now I'm reaching for the 47 prefectures 😁. The only one left is Okinawa, but I heard from Shikatarou that a new sake brewery is going to sell it this fall or next year ✨I also heard that a store in Tokyo bought a lot of it, but I don't know what to do with it 😓. I also heard that a Tokyo shop bought a lot of sake but I don't know what it is .

I had some time to kill before the bullet train home, so I strolled around Umeda and found the Eki Marche branch of Yamanaka Sake Shop that I had read about in a review ✨. There was also an eat-in space, so I sat down at the counter and had a couple of drinks to kill some time ✨The eat-in area was so well stocked that it seemed like an izakaya that sold sake alongside the drinks 😍. The first drink was this sake! What a strange looking sake 🍶. I couldn't smell it 😓. It has a clean taste on the palate, and although it is hard to describe, it has a melon-like flavor with no sweetness. It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but it is strange because it is dry without a sharp taste, so it has no inflection. I think I prefer a stronger taste 🤔. It may be good with some dishes. I had the cucumber and conger eel zakzaku ✨.

The day after the Sannomiya party, I spent half a day in Tamba Sasayama✨. I really wanted to have a drink at Botan-nabe, but I didn't have enough time and couldn't drink, so I bought some Sandesi at the sake brewery Hounaru in the center of town 😃. The photo is of the old Kawaramachi Tsumairi merchant cluster and the torii gate of Makekirai Inari ✨. Now, as for the sake. The aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a beautiful clear flavor and crisp acidity. On the second day, a gentle sweetness is slightly apparent. On the third day, the umami flavor becomes more robust, and it is best to savor it on the third day. The third day is better 😁.

The second drink at the sake bar is a Kijoshu😋. I enjoyed conversing with the master about sake (I think it was mostly just my drunken involvement) and he offered me this one. The color is amazing! Like wine🤔. I didn't take notes so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but the aroma is sweet like brown sugar in aged sake 😎. In the mouth it has a dense😍 sweetness, like a noble wine ✨but I didn't feel too much tartness, so I thought this kind of noble wine is also good. I fell asleep as soon as I got back home, but now I think to myself how I could go back to the hotel in a strange place, but I guess I was still firm then😅.

After the first party, we went to the observation floor of Kobe City Hall, which is free of charge, so we were able to see the fireworks at Meriken Park at the right time, and we could also see the electric lights at the foot of the mountain on the mountain side. I went to a sake bar by myself and asked the master to serve me some sake, and I had this one, Miyanoi, which is brewed by Shimomura Sake Brewery in Okuharima. It is a local brand and this time it was a collaboration with a sake shop. It has a thick mouthfeel with a firm effervescence. The rich umami spreads out and the silky nigori feeling is dry, easy to drink, and delicious😍.

This is another sake I bought at an antenna store in Tottori during my walk in Ginza last week😁. When I think of Tottori, I think of Chiyomusubi, and I also bought a sake bottle from Chiyomusubi because I visited Sakaiminato 2 years ago ✨I was curious about a sake from Tottori that I haven't drunk yet, and I bought a bottle of 🐰 as I do every time 😆. The color is light amber and the aroma is dense and sweet like brown sugar. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing, with a dense umami flavor and a crisp, refreshing acidity, making it a light sake in total. It is matured, so tastes may differ, but I think it is a delicious sake. I haven't had a chance to try it warmed up yet, but it would be nice to have it warmed up and enjoy it while it lasts.

The fourth drink at Ketobashiya Champion is Toyo Bijin ✨This sake is a collaboration with Imanaka Sake Brewery in Ikeda City, Osaka ✨I stands for Imanaka and S stands for Sumikawa Brewery. As the party nears its end, we are treated to barbecued horse meat. The parts are (binta, lamb dago, chouchin, kurashita, and special rose) I don't know which part anymore 😓. The aroma is apple, the sweetness is apple-like, the acidity is mild, but the bitterness lingers, so it's refreshing 😍I had the impression that Toyo Bijin is still good ✨.

I hadn't had Tokushima sake yet, so I bought some at an antenna store in Yurakucho when I went to Ginza last week 😀. It's safe to say that the first time you drink a brand you've never tried before, you can try it out in a single bottle 😁. The aroma is subtle but apple ✨. It has a refreshing taste. The gentle sweetness is followed by a full flavor! The acidity is refreshing and delicious 😍. I would drink this sake again if I could find it 😊.

The third drink at Ketobashiya Champion was Mimuro Sugi, a brand that I personally have only had summer sake and have not seen very often, so I am glad to have encountered it. The aroma was like rum 😍swiffly gassy, juicy and sweet, with a refreshing acidity that was also very tasty ✨It was a well-balanced sake that I would like to drink again!

This is a sake made with Botan😍Omachi that I purchased at SakeStreet, which I visited last week. There are a lot of sakes from the last Sannomiya Osaka that I haven't been able to post yet 😅Sake Activity continues every day 🫣. Aroma is fruity like apple Pitchy gas, sweet and juicy, but also a silky part due to the fact that it is light nigori, the acidity is fresh and crisp, not too sweet, very refreshing sweet and tasty sake. Personally, I think Wakamusume-san prefers light nigori 😍. I served it with some 551 yakisoba that I bought in Osaka✨.

The second drink at Ketobashiya was a Kutouryuu from the same Kuroryu sake brewery! I don't remember if I've had it in the past 😓. The aroma was apple-like, and compared to the Kuroryu, it was sweeter, with a melon-like sweetness. The acidity was gentle and easy to drink. The sake level was +4, but I didn't feel so much acidity and sharpness. I guess it depends on the timing 🤔. I had it with bean sprouts and various parts of horse sashimi 😊.

After the 0th party in Sannomiya, we finally went to the first party, Sannomiya but to a horse meat restaurant, Ketobashiya Champion 😀 There were many kinds of Sake. The first drink was Kuroryu, which I had had at a sushi restaurant some years ago but my memory was a bit fuzzy, so I had it again. The aroma was faint but fruity. I also felt a melon-like sweetness, but the umami was clean. The refreshing acidity becomes stronger, so it is a total refreshing sake. The soup of the day was a dish of minced horse meat, which was sweet and delicious 😍.

Last at Asano Sake Shop is Kinshi Morinori, the only sake brewery in Kakogawa, we were told ✨. The aroma is fruity, apple-like 😊. Chilli fizziness, a bit of sweetness while the umami is dry. The taste has a nice acidity sharpness and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is delicious✨ It was a well put together and satisfying drink😍.

I drank so much yesterday and today 😅 (or rather, drank too much😇). I had two more drinks yesterday at Asano Sake Shop, and one of them was this one, which I think I've had before but didn't remember much ✨. The aroma smells like banana. It is sweet like a banana and the flavor is full of flavor...the acidity is gentle and very easy to drink. The fit is Asano Sake Shop's popular three kinds of sake snacks! Smoked mackerel, salmon cod roe, grilled green onion miso Delicious 😋.

Senzuke's third drink is a drop of water. The same Junmai Daiginjyo but the Shizukutori has a deeper sweetness and umami 😍. The acidity is also sharp, but the umami prevails.
