Second drink by Cost Sake Brewery
This is the first time I've had Mitsui no Kotobuki, as I've passed it by in my priorities even though I've seen it before!
The aroma is fruity and smells like muscat. I don't know what porcini smells like come to think of it 🤣 I can't imagine matsutake mushrooms either😅.
It has a clear, clean mouthfeel, with a clear sweet and savory flavor. The acidity also disappears nicely. If I had to guess, I would say that the acidity is a little different. The aroma is melon-like and cucumber-like 🥰.

I've had Quadrifoglio before, so I'm really curious if it's the calm ver of that 👀.

I was looking for porcini aroma but I couldn't find it 😅 the connotation seems to be the concept of aromatic like porcini 🤣 the sake level is +3 but I didn't feel it was spicy 🤔.
