This is the second drink of the dancyu party. The third photo shows the rock salt part-wrapped grilled sea bream with caviar and Vin Jaune sauce using Kubota's Senju, and the fourth photo shows the special baked miso foie gras mousse using Manju, made by the chef at New Otani. Yup! The flavors didn't come in because I was too drunk 🤣. Now, the Senju Junmai Ginjo. At first I wasn't sure about the top notes, but when I put it in my mouth, the banana overtone aroma spread softly! The mouthfeel is clean, with a moderate sweetness, umami, and a crisp acidity to finish it off👍. I was able to interact with people at the same table through mutual followings on the food log, but there were no sake-no-wa users, so I had to advertise 🍶.
