It is a sake that took 3 years to perfect to go with oysters 🍶.
I don't remember the aroma, but I don't remember feeling it much 😅It's a sweet and sour sake that is delicious on its own, but when paired with oysters, it enhances the flavor of the oysters 😊.
This sake contains malic acid, which means that malic acid helps the body take in the nutrients from the oysters â

Oysters are eaten with Graduates, so it seems that sweet sake goes surprisingly well with sour sake as well as sour sake...sweet and sour this time 👍!
