Nikuzushiya's second drink was Hanamup!
This is my second time, but the first time I drank it when I was pretty drunk and couldn't review it😅.
I will do a full review today 😁.
The aroma was mild apple like, no gas. The mouthfeel was gentle and mellow. A gentle sweetness enveloped the entire flavor 😍The aroma was banana-like. The acidity was subtle and seemed to quietly fade away at first, but there was also a bit of sharpness 😍.

I can tell it's a good restaurant with all the famous sake they have 😊.
Hanamup's gorgeous fruity seems to be perfect for meat sushi✨.

The owner seems to be from Kumamoto, and the meat is shipped directly from Kumamoto. He seems to be checking out the sakewa ranking too 🤣I saw the menu as a reference 🤣.

Hanamup's Rikuwada was my first drink at Hanamup, so I was very impressed with its taste 😋.

Thank you very much, ma-ki--san 😃There were some sakes I hadn't had yet, but I decided to have only 3 this time. Hanamup was a beautiful sake with a gentle sweetness. I knew it would be delicious ✨.
