The aroma is apple-like. I did not feel any gas. The mouthfeel is gentle and the mild gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth. Rich sweetness, as the name implies, is a very elegant sweetness.

It looks delicious to have horse sashimi with Aizu sake...after all, Mansaku no Hana is a dry sake, isn't it? Maybe sweet is rare but it was delicious. The right amount isn't heavy.
Nikuzushiya's second drink was Hanamup!
This is my second time, but the first time I drank it when I was pretty drunk and couldn't review it😅.

The aroma was mild apple like, no gas. The mouthfeel was gentle and mellow. A gentle sweetness enveloped the entire flavor 😍The aroma was banana-like. The acidity was subtle and seemed to quietly fade away at first, but there was also a bit of sharpness 😍.

This is the 3rd time I've been to this place and they sell wagyu beef and horse sashimi from Kumamoto ✨I always come here to drink seasonal sake but it was still summer sake 😅.

It smells like rum, but I didn't feel any gas. The mouthfeel is refreshing! It has a light, beautiful sweet flavor, and the hint of aroma is banana-like while eating. The acidity is mild with a hint of citrus, and I also felt a bit of bitterness.
It was very easy to drink and no wonder it has become so popular 👍.

Fresh, clear and sweet, but the sweetness remains, so the second half is slightly sweet. The sake is easy to drink with a subtle refreshing acidity and a crisp bitter taste at the end.
