Hirosaki Collective Buying (3) This is the first brand I have seen. It is slightly sweet, but has a gorgeous and soft taste, and seems to be balanced by a slight acidity for a good aftertaste. It also has a Junmai Daiginjo-like elegance. As is typical of Aomori sake, it can be served with anything with a slightly strong flavor, including meat, fish, leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and other Japanese side dishes, such as soy sauce, miso, and salty seafood soup stock. ❣️ It is only in Aomori that you can find such a delicious sake brewery that you can only find in your hometown. Very satisfying 😋.

Hirosaki Collective Buying (2) The brewery is located on "Kuroishi Komise Street" and was closed when we visited. However, both of the all-inclusive hotels we stayed at during our trip to Tsugaru had Kameyoshi. It is a local sake that is loved by the locals from the very beginning👍. It is the perfect sake to go with any Tsugaru ryokan cuisine. It has a pleasant, full-bodied, medium-bodied mouthfeel and is really easy to pair with food. I tried it at room temperature, warmed up, and on the rocks, and I recommend "at room temperature for Japanese food" and "on the rocks for Japanese/Western cuisine. ❣️ The "Bonchi-age" I happened to have after dinner and the Kameyoshi on the rocks was quite a marriage 😳. It's not fancy, but a very satisfying local sake in a humble way. Thanks for the treat 😋.

The third drink at the standing bar on my first visit was Yaemon, which I had never seen before. I told the staff that I wanted a drink that would go well with the mackerel cans, and that was dry but not too heavy, and they recommended it to me. Indeed, it is a dry sake with a beautiful rice flavor, slightly floral and light and easy to drink. Perfect for mackerel cans. ❣️ The standing bar here serves only a few canned foods as snacks, and when you order from the sake menu of about 20 varieties, they pour it into a 130 ml glass. They leave the bottle in front of you for a while so you can take your time to take pictures of the label 😊. It was a nice space with a stylish counter where you can stand and drink at a reasonable distance from the person next to you. Afterwards, we broke up with a bowl of kitsune udon at a great standing udon restaurant in the neighborhood. It was quite a satisfying drinking party👍

The second drink at the standing bar I visited for the first time was this one I was curious about at Sake no Wa: 💁‍♀️. The label says it is dry, but it has a refreshing mid-palate taste that lands lightly after a moment of richness and dryness. There was no food at the restaurant we visited, so we had canned corned beef and mackerel as snacks. I could have easily drunk the wine with that alone. I would like to try other bottles from this brewery 😋.

I've been wanting to drink Strawberry Label for a long time, and this was the first drink at the standing bar I visited for the first time: ❣️ As expected, it had a quiet strawberry flavor, not too sweet and not too assertive, perfect for a first drink👍. I love the purple space, the calmness, like a step back 😋.

Hirosaki Collective Buying ①. In early September, I visited Aomori Tsugaru during my summer vacation. This time, I bought sake in bulk from Miura Sake Shop in Hirosaki City. I took home delivery of 6 four-pack bottles of Hirosaki and Kuroishi 🚚. First up was Hirosaki's Rokune. There were sapphire and ruby, and after much agonizing and worrying, I chose the one with "beautiful sweetness and a clean aftertaste" on the liquor store's pop-up. Really, the first sip is more on the sweet side, but it is clean and easy to drink! The base is Aomori sake, so it goes perfectly with soy sauce, miso, and salt-flavored local dishes. Tonight, we are serving simple side dishes to go with the Aomori sake. Vinegared octopus, edamame with salted kelp, boiled corn, pea salad with bonito flakes, and potato cod roe salad ...... go together so well😍! I'm going to stop eating western style dinners for a while and plan to eat simple side dishes and drink Aomori sake ❤️ I'm really looking forward to it 😋!

This is my first time drinking it at home. It seems to start with a hint of fruitiness, but it quickly becomes well-balanced and disappears gently. It really is a food sake that goes well with anything. I think the bottles with other colored labels that I drank outside a few times had a bit more character. ...... Is it because it is a standard Junmai sake that it is so plain? This bottle is quietly delicious 😋.

This is my first "Sansho" 🎉 I've been curious about it for a long time. I've been curious about it for a long time, but my regular liquor store didn't have it. ...... I finally got it at a new liquor store I recently visited, which is like a select store for sake 🌟. Is this really sake? 😳 It's almost like sparkling wine. Actually, I went on a trip to Aomori last week for summer vacation, and right after the Aomori's astringent local sake, it's hard for me to recognize this as sake 😅. But it's elegant, fine, and fine, with a nice sweet aftertaste and a restrained sweetness, and it's wonderfully delicious 😋 No wonder it's so popular. ❣️ I can confidently recommend it even to beginners who don't like Japanese sake. I have had "Tedorigawa" several times when drinking out, but this is my first time drinking it at home. It is said to be "arabashiri," but it is not rough at all. It has a nice, floral flavor, and the gentle, clean mouthfeel is quickly cut off, making it a very elegant and tasty wine that is easy to introduce to beginners 😍. On the first day, I felt it was an easy food sake to pair with anything, but on the second day, it was not as good with sweet salted salmon or miso marinated cream cheese. I guess it goes better with Japanese side dishes that are more salty. ⁉️ At the liquor store where I bought it, Tetorigawa had one line, but Yoshidagurau had about five lines, so I wonder if the latest trend is Yoshidagurau 🧐 If you want to match it with Western-style side dishes, it's like Yoshidagurau, but if you want to match it with traditional Japanese side dishes, I would definitely say Tetorigawa. I love it ❤️

A salesman of "Gassan" visited the liquor store I sometimes go to: ❣️ I could not forget the delicious taste of "Gassan" that I drank in Shimane Prefecture, so I asked for a tasting with my highest expectations. We tasted a wide variety of sake, from the three standard fire-roasted sake to the seasonal summer sake and unfiltered unpasteurized sake. All were great, but the one we ended up choosing was this yuzu liqueur: 💁‍♀️ RISOPPA Risoppa, a kasutori shochu that we also tasted on its own, is a wonderfully elegant and well-balanced ❗️ The yuzu sake soaked in it has a quality of perfection on its own, without being alcoholic and without pushing the yuzu too far out of the bottle. Just drink it straight and you'll finish the whole bottle. It's a shame to dilute it with soda water. ❗️ Ahh, it was delicious. ❣️ Thanks for the treat 😋.

One of the sakes I bought for the three-day weekend was Senkori Senkohanabi. I chose it in anticipation that it would go well with all kinds of Japanese and Western home cooking, and I hit the jackpot 🎯. It has a light touch, but with a light fruity flavor like lemongrass or lychee, light acidity, sweetness, and a slight bitterness, it is very well-balanced and easy to pair 😊. The first day's main course was "grilled chicken wings with pakuchi and fish sauce" and the second day's main course was "grilled salted mackerel with garlic olive oil". I appreciate that it is so easy to match with home cooking. Ahh it was delicious ❗️ Thanks for the food 😋.

I have drunk Izumihashi, a sake brewery in the prefecture, many times 😊 I have the impression that it always has a robust taste and goes well with strong Japanese food. This time I bought it thinking, "It's a summer sake, it's pink in color, maybe a little light? I bought it from ...... After I got home, I read it carefully and found out that it is "18% Omachi with a fresh yeast yeast. It can't be light 😆. After all, it is a solid summer sake. It's not the best for our loose Japanese-Western cuisine, but it's not the best 😅 In the end, I enjoyed the sake by itself. The umami of OMACHI comes alive and it is mildly impressive. It must go well with beef or tuna 😋 Next time we will aim for a marriage 😋.

I had read in Sake-no-wa that Hououmida liqueur makes delicious grapes, so I kept thinking about buying it someday, and today I found it at my regular liquor store ✨ I bought it immediately 👍. It's really thick with lots of grape pulp. Unlike juice, it has a slightly subdued sweetness and a depth of alcohol. I haven't tried it yet, but I bet it would go well with Haagen-Dazs Rich Milk. When I find a bottle I want to drink, I get all excited and happy. It was a good Sunday 😀.

I wanted a sparkling drink, so I chose 💁‍♀️ here among the brands I haven't had yet at my usual liquor store. As expected of Yamamoto❗️ It is a dry sparkling and easy to match with Japanese and Western home cooking. ‼️ This sharpness is great. ❣️ Tonight, we are serving "Goya Wagashi", "Mentaiko Imo Salad", "Chicken Wings in Octagonal Sauce", and "Chicken Wings with Octopus". I made what I wanted to eat without considering the marriage, but it went perfectly. (In my limited experience, so far.) I recommend "Otters" if you like a little sweetness, "Kido" and "Skunk cabbage" if you like a little sweetness, and "Yamamoto" if you like a little spiciness. ⁉️ I would be happy to see more and more sparkling in the summer. Oh that was delicious ❗️ Thanks for the treat 😋.

A sales person from Ippongi visited the liquor store I sometimes go to. I told him I wanted to taste the wines in order from lightest to darkest, and he allowed me to taste 6 different kinds in great order 🎉. I wanted to buy everything from Ippongi's junmai sake, which is delicious both warmed and cold, to Denshin's daiginjo, which was created at the request of a sushi restaurant in Fukui ❗️, but at the very end, the salesman let me try 💁‍♀️'s Denshin summer sake, which is too good on a very hot day ‼️. Today, we had squid salted and pickled in salt, summer vegetables, and salmon pickled in saikyo (Kyoto-style). ❣️ It's been a while since I've had a five-star 🌟. Oh, it's too delicious. Thank you for the food 😋. I'm sure it will go well with the cured ham and cheese recommended on the website 😊.

Bessho Onsen Hot Springs Collective Buying Last 6 This is my first drink of Kuroemon 16th Generation, which I was curious about at Sakegawa. When I buy in bulk on a trip, I try to mix a bottle of Yamahai or Namahashi, but after the delivery, I wondered if it was a mistake to choose Yamahai here, which is very popular these days. I was worried. But when I drank it, I found a wonderful balance of fruity, sweetness, acidity, and the firm flavor of omachi, which is hard to believe that it is yamahai at room temperature. This is the first time I've had a bottle that the brewery recommends room temperature and this is the first time I've had a bottle that is this current. I would definitely like to try this refrigerated bottle as well. I opened the bottle at the end of a meal today, so the only thing left on the table was a plate of steamed pork, mushrooms, and lettuce with sesame oil ponzu. ❗️ It also goes well with kaki-no-tane while watching a movie after dinner. ❣️ I think you can enjoy its individual flavor better with light side dishes and snacks. Oh, it was delicious, thanks for the treat 😋.

Sake Women's Party: Hot Weather (1) Last weekend, on a very hot day, we had a sake girls' party and drank a lot of beer, and we chose our favorite bottles of summer sake to take home in the order of who won the rock-paper-scissors-scissors game. This Kamo Kanehide is a refreshing summer sake. It has a light finish that flows easily. It goes well with vinegared food and pressed sushi. ❗️ It is also perfect with cold takikomi. ‼️ Dry food also goes well with it. ❣️ I failed to try it, but I bet it would go well with chilled tofu too ✨. But it doesn't go well with hot dishes, but it's not good enough 😆 I tried it with yakiniku at the end, but it's still normal 😅. As a resident of Kanagawa Prefecture, I have had "Takashi" many times, but this is my first time drinking Miyamanishiki. Recently, I have been drinking a lot of fruity and sweet sake at home, so I thought I would like to try a dry sake for the first time in a while. It has a delicate aroma, but on the first day after opening the bottle, it has a slightly alcoholic overtone, but after 3 days in the fridge, the alcohol feeling has completely disappeared and the aroma has changed to a clean, clear aroma👍. It goes well with horse mackerel and squid salted fish that I bought in Ito ✨ Following yesterday's Hatsukame, the brand recommended by the liquor store as a food sake is great ✨ It's delicious, thanks for the treat 😋!

When I stay at a recreation center in Ito where I am free to bring my own drinks, I buy a four-pack at a liquor store near the station. The local liquor store that supplies the inn in the hot spring resort has a great selection and many brands to buy. ❗️ You can enjoy a moment of happy worry. ❣️ While I was tempted by the extensive Nabeshima lineup, I also wanted to try a Shizuoka sake that I had never tried before! I chose this one: 💁‍♀️ This is a classic Hatsukame sake. Although it is alko-soze, it is a light and gentle sake that goes well with anything, regardless of what you serve it with. It is a delicious sake that goes well with ordinary Japanese food without leaning towards the modern style ✨ It is very satisfying in a humble way ✌️ Thank you for the food 😋.

It was my first time to buy Zanzou Hourai's pink label, and I immediately bought it when the staff at the liquor store recommended it to me as a summer sake from Zanzou Hourai. With an alcohol content of 12%, it can be enjoyed lightly with dinner on a summer day. It is a little sweet, but it has a gentle and clean aftertaste. As expected, it goes well with the ponzu-flavored pork shabu-shabu. But what is surprising is that the sweetness increases when you drink it with kimchi-filled "spicy ramen (with more gochijang)" at the end of the meal. ❣️ Why does it go well with kimchi and gochijang? The sweetness resets your mouth and makes the spicy ramen tasty again 😆. I don't know what it is, but ahhh it was delicious ‼️ Thanks for the food 😋!
