Sweet and sour amazake, I guess. RyokoHeart label is kawaii😍.
-3 ぽわんぽわんThe third drink at the standing bar on my first visit was Yaemon, which I had never seen before. I told the staff that I wanted a drink that would go well with the mackerel cans, and that was dry but not too heavy, and they recommended it to me.
Indeed, it is a dry sake with a beautiful rice flavor, slightly floral and light and easy to drink. Perfect for mackerel cans. ❣️
The standing bar here serves only a few canned foods as snacks, and when you order from the sake menu of about 20 varieties, they pour it into a 130 ml glass. They leave the bottle in front of you for a while so you can take your time to take pictures of the label 😊.
It was a nice space with a stylish counter where you can stand and drink at a reasonable distance from the person next to you.
Afterwards, we broke up with a bowl of kitsune udon at a great standing udon restaurant in the neighborhood. It was quite a satisfying drinking party👍 akrJunmai Ginjo, following the Namahashimoto Junmai. This one is even softer. Unlike the previous one, there is no core (not in a bad way, it's soft and disappears softly). I think this sense of core is possible with the sake made from the "Namahashime" method. akrThe waitress said to me, "It's crisp, isn't it?" and that's exactly what it is. I guess it is crisp with a modest taste and soft mouthfeel. I like that it's well chilled. akrThis is the first time for me to try the kamo yeast dobu. It tasted dry and authentic, much different from what I expected. It was perfect for a greasy snack. ジュリーRefreshingly sweet. No bitterness akrAt Kuranova in Gotanda.
The lineup is unique. It is fun to drink while being told about the brewery. akrA standing sake bar opened this week in front of Gotanda station! This is Kuranova.
The label and the wall color match each other! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
