Drinking outside after work. My wife was off work and we decided to have dinner outside. We found this restaurant in the vicinity of Nara Station - ‼️ We couldn't find a good time to drink at Toyoshuku, so we went to this restaurant and had a glass of Nara's local sake, Shirotoroku (‼️). The aroma was gorgeous, the taste was smooth and sweet on the palate, and the finish was refreshing.

This was also served at Kamazen near Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. Is this the same brewery and local brand as Harushika? I have never seen it in Tokyo. The first aroma is fruity. In the mouth, it is smooth and has a beautiful sweetness and umami flavor. Unlike Harushika, which is often dry, this sake is well-balanced and easy to drink. Harushika's dry sake is also easy to drink for a dry sake. From everyone's posts on Sake-no-Wawa, it seems that the raw sake is delicious. The fourth one is Takamatsuzuka burial mound. It is not a clay bun.

Purchased online from Kitora Sake Shop. I liked it so much that I purchased two bottles. I bought it together with Ume no Yado cool yuzu. Shirotoroku has a strong sweetness and umami. It is not heavy sake. I enjoyed it with shime saba. It softly wraps the acidity of the shime saba. If you like strong sake, I recommend it. If you like to drink it smoothly, it may be too hard for you.

Purchased at Kitora Sake Shop in Nishi-no-Kyo, Nara This sake is brewed by the Harushika sake brewery. Classical, delicious sake with lots of sweetness and flavor. I used to drink it a lot in the past. It is a delicious sake with delicious umami. You cannot find it in Tokyo. Nara's local sake. The sweetness is the exact opposite of Harushika's dryness. It is a very strong sake, but after being laid down at a sake shop, the roundness of the sake has turned into a mild taste and sweetness. The roundness of the sake has turned into a rich taste and it has become a sweet sake. We enjoyed it with a nabe of chicken with grated radish. Kitora Sake Shop has a good selection of Nara's local sake.
