The accompaniment for the New Year's festive meal is "Shirotoroku" from Harushika Kuramoto, which was given to us as a souvenir from Nara.
Since I drank it after an aperitif of thick yuzu liqueur, I couldn't taste the sweetness at first, but after a while, I began to recognize it as a slightly sweet, light, and umakuchi type of sake.
It is a quiet accompaniment to the morning celebratory meal with a dish of dried bonito cooked in a sober bonito broth. I appreciate a good, quiet sake for a mid-morning drink.
From the first day of the New Year, thank you for the feast 😋.
Sake given to me by a colleague!
Aroma is fresh, easy to drink and sweet? I guess it's a sweet sake!
Still, it has a strong alcohol taste with a clean and crisp aftertaste! Delicious!
It's the first time I've received sake from someone since I got into sake, but it makes me very happy 😋.
If it doesn't dawn on you, let's have another drink.
Scallops au gratin and sushi to add to the list of things I'm interested in.
This sake was also aromatic and fruity 🍶.
Back to Tokyo in a hurry, and tomorrow we will arrive in Sapporo early in the morning!
Fukurokuju-san is waiting for us in the evening!
Well, what can we expect to find?
Dawn will meet again someday!
Here is my homework 📚📄.

My wife is on a business trip to Kansai and I took the night shift off to babysit. Then there was nothing else to do but to drink it 😁.
A little bit of sweetness and umami, followed by a touch of alcohol ❗I like it because it's a gentle yet orthodox 🎵.
My wife found out that I have a large stock of sake and said, "I'm looking forward to Kansai sake souvenirs 😊" but she said, "Drink them all before you get them ❗" 😭.
No matter how much I tried to explain to her, she kicked me out ❗ "No matter how much I tried to explain, it's impossible to run out ❗".
But he went to Inari shrine in Kyoto over the weekend and bought me some sake✨.
What the heck, he's in love with me 😏.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle King!
Thanks for taking care of the kids 😊Have you lost much of your stock of alcohol? It's great that they didn't find out 😳I wonder where they were hidden 😆.
I'm glad you got the sake as a souvenir 😉.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 🌕.
Thanks for the food ❣️ you and your wife are as married as ever 😆 I'm grinning here too 😊 so I'm not getting any info on the drinks 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake😃.
You are a legitimate wife while still being ☺️ kind enough to buy me a souvenir 🍶 no matter what 🤗.
I guess she actually knows all about your stock of alcohol that you thought she didn't know 😁.
Good evening again, Noodle Sake King 🌛.
This is the time of year when we can't keep up with the new sake, stock up for New Year's and consumption 😅.
Thank goodness for the wife who buys sake for all the sake 😁.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine!
Oops! Sorry for sending you booze at a time like this 😅 I'll be standing by in blue when you get mad at me, so please do me a favor when you play mahjong 😆
Hi Galilan 😃.
I don't know if we get along or if I'm being abusive😅Well, I guess we get along 😳I just got really impatient when my wife said she was going to throw everything away 😲She's the kind of woman who does what she says she's going to do and could do what she says she's going to do💦.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
My wife is usually strong, but what a kind and gentle wife I could have done 😉 Basically, she didn't think that the sake stocked in the sake cellar would be so stocked away 😅.
Hi Gyve 😃
You're right, we can't keep up with consumption ❗Worldly desire to get the sake that looks good❗It's the nature of sake lovers 🎵Well, don't you understand 🤣.
Hi kino.
Thank you so much for the sake 🙇I'm looking forward to it 🎵My wife is on a business trip right now so I can do it in secret 😁I'll blame kino. if she finds out 😜.
This was also served at Kamazen near Kashihara Jingu-mae Station.
Is this the same brewery and local brand as Harushika?
I have never seen it in Tokyo.
The first aroma is fruity.
In the mouth, it is smooth and has a beautiful sweetness and umami flavor.
Unlike Harushika, which is often dry, this sake is well-balanced and easy to drink.
Harushika's dry sake is also easy to drink for a dry sake.
From everyone's posts on Sake-no-Wawa, it seems that the raw sake is delicious.
The fourth one is Takamatsuzuka burial mound.
It is not a clay bun.
