I was curious about this rather sharp sake with a sake strength of -72, an acidity of 5.3, and an alcohol content of 7%, so I bought it.
The aroma was surprisingly normal, and I wondered if it was really green apple. But when I drank it, I was surprised.
It has a very acidic, blue-like smell that makes it hard to believe it is only rice.
It seems to go well with fried or oily food.

As the name suggests, it is aoingo (green apple)! It's just ao apple!
It has neither alcohol nor rice booziness, and is a good choice for people who don't drink sake.

I was curious about this because Tsubu-chan drank it before, but I found it at Kameda-ya on the Rakuten Ichiba (💡) and used my points to get it ✨.
The aroma has a sake-like smell, the mouthfeel has a slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue, the taste has a sour sweetness like green apples before they are fully ripe, and then it finishes with a sweet, sour and refreshing lingering taste like apples.
I tried to drink it with carbonated soda just for fun, but it lost the green apple flavor of the aroma, so that was a mistake 🤔.
It's low al 7%, so it's perfect when you want a light drink ✨.
I left half of the bottle so I'm looking forward to drinking it later to see if the taste changes 😁.
