I was curious about this rather sharp sake with a sake strength of -72, an acidity of 5.3, and an alcohol content of 7%, so I bought it.
The aroma was surprisingly normal, and I wondered if it was really green apple. But when I drank it, I was surprised.
It has a very acidic, blue-like smell that makes it hard to believe it is only rice.
It seems to go well with fried or oily food.
