Kenkon'ichi特別純米辛口

The second drink at the standing bar I visited for the first time was this one I was curious about at Sake no Wa: 💁♀️. The label says it is dry, but it has a refreshing mid-palate taste that lands lightly after a moment of richness and dryness.
There was no food at the restaurant we visited, so we had canned corned beef and mackerel as snacks. I could have easily drunk the wine with that alone.
I would like to try other bottles from this brewery 😋.

Hello, Powan Powan 😃.
If I don't know you by sakéwa, I can't read the kanji and I'll say 'kinkongkankan please! I think I'm going to say 😆.
I think it would go well with the canned Tsumami and the Houjun Dry Sake 🍶😚.

Hi Jay & Nobby!
I was curious about this in Sake no Wa, but I couldn't remember how to read it properly, so I asked "What did you read it as? Please give me one that says "Inu ina nato" 😅 I've already had it, so I won't forget it: ✌️
