Saga/Takeo Onsen for bulk purchases (1)
I went on a trip to Saga earlier this month and took delivery of 6 bottles at Taguri Sake Shop in Takeo Onsen. This place has a super selection of Saga sake✨ Sakewa users must love it: ‼️
I was told that this is the latest arrival at Koei Kiku, but it has already been on Sakegawa 😆 "Sagabiyori" is new to me. It's a typical Kouei Kiku, but it has a core flavor with a strong rice flavor. The image of "full moon and spearman" on the label fits perfectly.
I wanted to enjoy the change in flavor the next day, so I forced myself to leave about 1 gou of the bottle, but I really noticed that the 4 gou bottle was gone.
Tonight, we are having udon sukiyaki with a lot of bonito broth.
(I wonder if "chin broth" would be better for this dish. ⁉️)
