Last year, I liked Inamuraya Special Junmai, which was delivered from a liquor store in front of Aomori Station and drunk for the first time, because it was very local sake-like. So this year, I chose a different bottle of rice.
Aomori's "Hana Sayaka" is a first for me. ❣️
It is light and refreshing. It is not only light and refreshing, but also gorgeous, which is also typical of Aomori. In addition, it has a local sake-like quality. ‼️
It goes well with the smoked scallops we happened to have today. Of course, it also goes well with the ponzu-flavored pork shabu for dinner!
Inamuraya is my favorite brand 😍.
