This is the first time for Hizen Kurashin.
Sake from Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, the same city as Nabeshima🍶.
It has a fresh, sweet aroma with a modest top note.
In the mouth, it is dry with a Sake meter value of +10, but it is well-balanced with a light sweetness and a full-bodied umami flavor.
It has a nice sharpness and is quite tasty. ✨️
☀️
It's about as white as a sports drink🤍.
You can see a grain of rice through the whiteness 🌾.
It's a nice orikara 😁.
On the palate, you can feel the full sweetness of the rice.
The ginjo aroma comes from a low place, giving it a dandy feel 😎.
I thought it was honestly made by facing the rice 😄.
Cloudy white color with a hint of oriki. Slightly effervescent grains can also be seen. Fruity aroma reminiscent of pears and green apples. There is also a hint of hand cream. The strength of the aroma is medium. The fresh, light, and refreshing mouthfeel is then transformed by a strong astringent taste that clings to the palate. The lingering aroma is also apple-like. It has a medium lingering aftertaste. It is a fragrant sake.
