Hizen Kurashin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire The last time we drank this was Omachi, but this one is made with the best rice in the sake brewing world, Mohansei! The rice used is Osan Nishiki It is not a simple light dry taste, but you can feel a little sweetness in the bitterness and spiciness. 100% Omachi Creamy and fruity! Full-bodied, umami, and umayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayum. Just the right amount of sweetness. Aromatic and light aftertaste, I like it very much. ☺️

The customer sitting next to me was drinking it and it looked delicious, so I ordered one myself! This one also had a fruity apple aroma on the palate, and you could taste the umami of Omachi, but it wasn't heavy and it was very refreshing 🧐. It was a well-balanced sake with a characteristic acidity and umami that was both modern and classic 😊.

It's sweet, but not sweet and refreshing. And since it is fizzy, I like the tanginess on the tip of my tongue. It gives the impression of a really refreshing juice. But I can feel a little bit of a habit, dare I say a bitterness like grapefruit peel... But I heard it's great that 60% polish can be so refreshing, I learned something new.
