Of the six bottles of sake we bought in bulk on our trip, we wanted to include one popular sake that can be purchased in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but whose name is well-known!
I had a hard time deciding between "Tasake Special Junmai", "Hatsusen (I forgot what color label it was)" and "Toyobai Junmai Ginjo" at the store. After much deliberation, I decided that since I was going to buy it in Hirosaki, I had to go with Toyobai.
