I had planned to drink bottles that I bought in bulk in Saga during the year-end and New Year holidays, but I still want to drink "Shiboritate" during this season. ❗️ I went to my favorite liquor store and chose Tsururei, which I was curious about at Sake no Wa.
It is a fresh, light, and delicious sake. It's really a Niigata sake, but with a rich rice flavor and a sweet-sweet shiboritate feel. Delicious😍!
On New Year's Eve, we had yukimi-nabe for dinner. From the strong mushrooms and pork belly to the udon noodles with ginger-flavored ume plum as a finale, the drinks went down a treat 👍.
We had a lot of delicious sake this year as well. I wish you all a happy new year 🌅.
