We discovered that there were three bottles of Masamune in the cellar, so we compared them in the order of the year of establishment. First, "Sasasamune Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku". Founded in 1818 It has a nutty, honey-like aroma, which passes through the nose. It has a refreshing sweetness on the entry. Is this a characteristic of the sake rice? There is a good sharpness afterwards, and the bitterness comes along with the sharpness. Not too sweet, not too sharp. I really like the aftertaste. I like this one.

As the first sake of December, I opened a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Yamaguchi original sake rice😄 Easy to drink, which I can't believe it is 16 degrees lol The balance of sweetness and umami is really good😊It is fruity and matches cheese so well☺️ I think it has less acidity.

This will be my first time in Shiga Prefecture. This is a limited orikagami version for this time of the year😄. Surprisingly no sweetness 😯. It's a bit sweet but not sweet 😅 Instead it has a strong sourness. I guess it's a food sake, but I want more sweetness. I wonder if the white label would have been better.

Finally a new sake 😅The first new sake is from Kangiku to Denshikiku ☺️ It's a stable Kangiku. It has a moderate fizz of sweetness and a taste that is typical of Kangiku, yes! The taste was kept until the second day, but the taste changed on the fourth day after one day of drinking and skipping. I guess you have to drink Kangiku as early as possible😅😅.

Autumn Sake is finally last 😌. The last one was Kuchiman, which I was looking forward to. I guess my expectations were too high, but it was different from what I imagined. It had umami, but I couldn't feel the sweetness that much, and the alcohol taste was too strong. Maybe it was a problem with my physical condition, but I definitely preferred the Juro Ten Thousand I drank last year. The G1 horse race ticket this weekend was a hit with Soul Rush, but this one............................

This is my first Murayusu🍂. My first impression was that it was soft and acidic 😯 The aroma was muscat, but as you can see from bouken's review, as the temperature rises, it becomes sweeter than I expected. It is a mysterious sake that shows various faces even after a few days have passed, and I could understand why bouken said it was difficult to write a review.

I drank Gokotsuru for the first time, which was a favorite of a junior colleague who taught me how to drink sake. I had been thinking that if I wanted to drink it, it would be Yamae-Nishiki Hi-iri, so I could not get it, but I was able to purchase it through the sake brewer's online sales 😁. The sake is as expected by Sake-no-wa's reputation, a slightly fizzy, fruity, sweet, acidic and light sake with no cloying taste. It's delicious and has a taste I've had before but can't remember 😅. It's light and easy to drink 😊. The logo looks like the JAL mark 😆.

I found this 🧐 at Aji no Machidaya a while ago. It was an easy drink, soft on the palate with a main taste of subtle sweetness that is typical of one-cup 😊Ishikawa sake in general is very distinctive😁. But still, it suddenly got cold, so I felt delicious ramen today 🍜Autumn of appetite, autumn of new sake, and my stomach and wallet are very busy 😋.

I was curious about Chokaizan hiyaoroshi ⛰️ I happened to come across it 😊. I opened the bottle while reading again the reviews by Mamio and Jay & Nobby 😁. On the first day, the taste was hard and austere and I thought this was a mistake, but from the second day, the taste settled down remarkably and changed drastically to a delicious sake 😅. The aroma and sweetness is subdued and the umami spreads in a nice way. As you three said, the bitterness comes later and the sake is sharp and easy to drink 🍶It was all gone after the second day 😊.

Checking in at 200😚. My wife gave me a bottle of Hexagon last year as a birthday present and I finally opened it on my birthday one year later 😊I was waiting for the opportunity because I didn't want to waste it, but I thought it would be a shame not to drink it, so I finally opened it. The exterior is impressive with the serial number carefully handwritten on the bottle. I took a day off from drinking in order to taste this one 🤭I was in awe 😅From the very first sip, it's just as good as the best Shinshu Kamerei 😅I'm sure. It has an elegant, full-bodied sweetness and umami with a sense of maturity that spreads in the mouth. ☺️ I also have fond memories of taking a cab to Miyajima, a local sake shop in Ueda, to pick up the sake last year. It is good to taste the precious sake once in a while 😊.
