The first sake of July 🍶.
I imagined it to be sweet, but it's something different 😅It's hard to describe 😓 The sweetness is moderate, and the taste is round, gorgeous, and mellow. The sharpness covers the drinkability. I felt a little bit of alcohol right after opening the bottle, but I didn't feel it after the second day. ☺️ temperature rose and it became easier to drink. It was a sake that should be drunk before summer.

It's been about 2 years since I was shocked by Hwang Suisen, which I drank when I first started drinking sake. I had been looking for something else for a while 👀 I had been away from it for some time.
But I still wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time after seeing Sakegawa users' uploads, and I was aiming for Bizen Omachi. It tastes just as I imagined it to be: light, fresh, and fruity, with a sweet flavor and a bitter sharpness. It has just the right amount of gas and goes well with the summer season. Even if the temperature is raised, the freshness is reduced, but the smooth sweetness can be felt more, which is what this is. ☺️

The sake rice is Junmai Ginjo from Aizan.
The top aroma is probably muscat. The taste on the palate is similar to grapefruit, with more acidity than sweetness and a rich umami with a soft mouthfeel 😚 The fruity flavor is a bit weak. It finishes with bitterness. I was surprised to see the taste change seven times depending on the food and temperature 😳I didn't like it with fish 😅It was too acidic until the end and I didn't like it very much.

This will be my first sake from the brewery. The label is different from the one I imagine in my mind when I think of "I Arigato," but I took it with me 😙It is a sake that was designed to give a boost to new life in April.
It is a light sake with a strong acidity 😅It looks like it has no gas, but it has it, and it finishes with a moderate bitterness.
I could tell there was a fruity aroma, but I couldn't tell what it was 🧐.
By the way, the label is cool, similar to Kangiku's Silver Ring 😎It was stable and tasty from the first day to the third day, with no major taste changes ☺️

Ever since I started drinking sake, I have wanted to drink this sake as it is the origin of Kangiku, but the timing was never quite right. ☺️ It is still an easy-drinking sake. The aroma is a little bit pineapple. It has a strong pineapple aroma with few bubbles, but it has a strong sense of gas. On the first day, I felt it had a strong sweetness and sourness, but on the second day, a definite umami flavor emerged. The bitterness was not so strong on the first day, but it started to come out a little on the second day.
Yesterday, I went out with my wife, ate Bondi curry, and went to Koami Shrine to pray for today's million horse tickets and wash the money 😁.

Machida Shuzo, the third bottle for drinking at home. This time it is a green label 🟢 Miyamanishiki Tokujun. It doesn't have much of an upfront aroma, but the hint of pineapple🍍gasiness is strong, so it was a pineapple squash🍹 with little sweetness🍹.
However, compared to the previous Pink Omachi and Black Yamadanishiki, the sweetness is much less and the bitterness is a bit more subdued. In order of preference, I think it loses 😩.
Last weekend I went to a live concert for the first time in a while. It was raining hard, but it stopped before the show started and a rainbow 🌈 appeared, so I snapped a picture 📸.

It's been a while since I tasted it, but it sure tasted like this 😊, but it's clearer than black. It is easy to drink with a good sense of gas.
It has a pear flavor, with a little sweetness and a noticeable sourness. I can hardly taste any bitterness. It has a good flavor, but I think the acidity is strong. In that sense, black is probably a better balance. It matches well with the demi-glace sauce of the hamburger steak. I think the sweetness increases a little when it is mixed with the black sauce.

This is the first time 🔰 for Wakamusume, a reputable drinker at Sake no Wa.
I really wanted to drink it in March, but we kept drinking outside and it was just the season for cherry blossom viewing 🌸. Yesterday, I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom and opened a bottle of this one at home 💁.
It has a finer gasiness than the Nikomaru we were drinking the other day and is more of a stand-alone sake than a food sake 😊.
It is fruity and comes with a firm sweetness and acidity, but I personally like it because it also has a good umami.
