I went to Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture on a business trip. Since it was a good opportunity, I had a cup of sake from a sake brewery in Tonami on the Shinkansen on the way back home😄 I couldn't feel the aroma that much, but I could taste the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice while enjoying it. ☺️ Work didn't go well at all, but I am somewhat satisfied 😅 Tateyama does a good job.

It's been a long time since I've had a Kangiku. ☺️ The color is yellow, with a good amount of gas, sweetness and acidity. It is fruity and delicious. It is surprisingly refreshing and sharp 🧐I prefer it after the second day when the acidity has weakened a bit. I would like to catch up on the series, but it's hard to think about stocking up 😓.

Last sake of June 🍶A nice little sake that I won after entering in CSW😊The fruity melon-like aroma is irresistible ☺️ The mellow, mellow sweetness stands out, but there is a slight hint of bitterness at the end. Very tasty, but considering the cosmetics, I felt again that Mellow Road Isshu is wonderful 😂.

I'm tired and I'm drinking it at home on a weekend 🏠Gentle mouthfeel with a slight gasiness, round sweetness and umami is wonderful 😊Mellow and delicious 😋I think it's better with meat than with fish. I was a little concerned about the alcohol taste at the end, but it was more than enough. I will buy it again 😁.

This is my first time in Fukuoka Prefecture. I was attracted by the refreshing label 😙 and bought it. It was more refreshing and sharp than I expected. After the second day, it became softer and easier to drink, but it was still spicy.

I was able to buy it again this year 😁I had a bottle last year and it was so good that I wanted another one this year 🍶. The sweetness is moderate, the taste is light and refreshing, and you can feel the acidity. I love the stimulation that comes from the tingling and jittery taste more than anything else 😊This is the perfect sake for summer. Personally, I feel it is similar to Shinshu Kamerei's Hi-ire, but maybe that's just my imagination 🙃.

Summer sake is now on tap. The winter otsukiri was a strike, so I will have this one with high expectations. It is refreshing, easy to drink, fruity, tasty, and sweet. However, it is a bit acidic to the point of feeling sour 😅I wonder if the acidity is strong enough to prevent summer fatigue 💪. But still, when I check in, I'm not sure whether I should choose [Oh Mine Junmai] or [Oh Mine Junmai]. I'd like to know if anyone knows the clear correct answer 🤔. By the way, I procured some summer sake this week! Just looking at the label and the color of the bottle makes me feel cool ☺️ I guess I'll keep checking in for summer sake for the time being until I get tired of it.

I found out that it was sold at the liquor store closest to my house, a 0 minute walk from my house 😁. It is smooth, delicious and sweet to slightly bitter. Sweet and banana fruity🍌. I got the impression that it matched well with Chikuzen-ni Rengon (lotus root). It doesn't have the complexity of Hana Yuu, it is monotonous and has no depth, but it is sweet and easy to drink (I wish it would be a little less sweet). It was difficult to understand the emerald taste as shown on the label, but I like it better than Hana Yuu 😊.

I opened a bottle of this one that I brought back from a recent business trip to Mie Prefecture💁 It seems that iku-hashiro = Yamahai. The aroma is like white wine. ☺️ It is not sweet, but has acidity and sharpness, so it is a food sake. I will probably forget what it tastes like, but I will remember that I bought it as a souvenir 😄.

I opened this bottle over the weekend after reading Masaaki Sapporo's review and wanted to drink it for the first time in a while 😄. On the first day, there was not so much gasiness, and the fruity taste stood out, with a soft mouthfeel and good flavor. The bitterness comes later and it is still good 😋 The acidity is a little strong and the sweetness is moderate. At room temperature, you can taste the sweetness and it tastes even better: ☺️ On the second day, it became even sweeter and thicker, which I liked the most. I knew this, but I reconfirm, I like Gensai 😊.

I went to Tsu city in Mie prefecture on a business trip. I didn't know that Tsu City is famous for eels 😅I had no idea that Tsu City is famous for eels, so I decided to try some sake from Mie Prefecture. I had Saku, Takihama, and Gizaemon, but I don't have any photos, so I'll just post this one. This one has a sake degree of -40 degrees. Sweet 😆 but for some reason it was easy to drink and delicious. ☺️

Opened a bottle of Gakkie that I wanted to drink at home: ☺️ It's definitely muscat flavor, as you can easily imagine from the label. The first day was a bit sour and a bit bitter 😅I think it has less bitterness 😊The second day was more rounded and closer to my favorite flavor 😊The third day was even more to my favorite flavor ☺️ I enjoyed it every day with different flavors. I think I'm going to try the Aruzoe next time 🍶.

I finally opened the second bottle of this one that I bought at the brewery last fall. It is the same as the one I had then, with a great balance between the chili gas, sweetness, umami, and acidity. ☺️ It has a nice sharpness, so it's good as a food sake. Thank you!

This is my first time to suntake a look. The color is a bit yellowish and the aroma is apple-like🍎. It's a light, refreshing, dry sake with a sharp, bitter taste that comes through later, so it's a food sake.

This is my first time here. I was curious about it because many people have posted about it 😉 At first, I had a hard time opening the bottle 😅I wonder if it's just me. The taste is light and clean, with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness, although the acidity is a little noticeable. The second day, the sweetness increased and I liked it even more 😊Although it was alcoholic, it was generally a delicious saké. I'm also interested in the other label 🏷️😃

Opened a bottle of Abe-chan 🟢 that I bought with Matchi. I know it says be careful when opening the bottle, but it exploded 😅 before I even uncorked it, it was splashing all over the place. It hit my wife's beautiful face who was sitting in front of me 😱I'm very sorry 🙇 But still, it was a very healthy and lively sake. The sweetness is not that much, but the rice flavor, bitterness and acidity go well with meat. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference from the last junmai sake I drank at ⚫️, but it was as good as ever. During the day, we went to the Tokyo Racecourse to watch the G1 race. Unfortunately, I didn't win a ticket 😢but I was enchanted by the beauty of the horses😍.

Repeat the Machida brewery I got hooked on the last time I drank at home😃This time it's the Black Label I had trouble with last time. It's almost like a cider because it's so sweet. It's almost like cider because it's so sweet. It's got the perfect amount of gas and sweetness, and the bitterness that comes afterwards is great. Like last time, I drank 3 gou of it on the first day 😅I couldn't really tell the difference between it and the pink Omachi, but it's a brand I'd like to drink regularly.

I am back home in Tottori during Golden Week. I wanted to drink San'in sake, so I looked for a one-cup 🧐 Most of the sake is chiyomusubi because of my hometown, but I found the only one-cup with a slightly sweet taste. Even my parents, who do not know much about sake, know this traditional sake. The aroma when you open the bottle is unique to Sanin sake 😅It starts off smooth, and when you feel it's a little spicy, a hint of sweetness comes in and finishes it off. Thank you very much for the sake.

With 5 coins left, I looked for a drinkable sake and chose this one, apparently a CSW limited edition. I can hardly remember what it tasted like, but it was fruity and beautiful. It also had a refreshing aftertaste. We arrived at the venue 30 minutes before the event started and the two and a half hours went by quickly.
