The taste is slightly stimulating to the tongue. Despite the stimulation, there is not much acidity, but rather a deliciously rich flavor with an elegant sweetness. The top aroma is slightly citrusy.
Founded in 1819, the brewery has a history of more than 200 years. The "momiji" in the company name "Hatsumomiji" is derived from the words "rubbing in and out of colors," and refers to the "beginning" of the coloring of plants. The logo is based on the motifs of "mountains," "sun," and "transitions," and expresses the desire to "deliver the ever-changing nature with Japanese sake.
The character design of "Harada" has also been retained, with the "hara" inside the "hara" resembling a "spring" and its "water" dripping down toward the "tada" (rice field). The name comes from the brewer's family name, "Harada.
It is a local sake.
It is fruity, gassy, and easy to drink, with a lingering alcohol taste at the end, but it is delicious.
I feel nostalgia for this sake because I started drinking it when I was getting into sake.
Recommendation from my usual uncle at my usual store: ❣️
It's a classic looking label, but I bet it's sweet and fruity, just the way I like it 😆.
Here we go: ⤴️
Low key but pop it open🎶.
Mmm😍😍It's still delicious!
It's fruity 😍❣️ peach 🍑 or grape 🍇 😍.
The sweetness and fruity taste spreads softly on the palate, then the pungency and astringency come in afterwards 😋😋😋.
It goes great with marinated onions and salmon 😋.
Cream stew makes it even more fruity and sweet 😍.
Neapolitan, stuffed peppers with piquant spiciness 😲.
With time, the sweetness and fruityness increased 😲.
If you let it sit for a few days, it will come together more and be more stable and delicious 😲😍.
This is good ❣️❣️
