During GW, I was lucky enough to get a rare local sake from Matsue while I was back home with my parents, so I opened the bottle immediately. Maybe it is because it is a rare variety, or maybe my tastes have changed a bit, but the impression I had a year ago was betrayed in a good way. It is different from the taste I usually drink, but it is so good 😋 It has a slight gassy feeling, smooth texture and complex flavor. You can feel the fresh and soft flavor of the rice. ☺️I interpreted that to enjoy sake is to drink this kind of sake 😆 However, it has a high alcohol content, so you need to drink temperate water.

Hi, I'm studying 😃. I think we like it 😙 but I've only had Sandesi 😅I'll have to try it next time! We can't do without our peace water, even if it's 13 degrees 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby😃I think Absolute Royal Luk is the right sake for you two! I think I'm getting to be averse to ogorami and nigori (nigori is the taste of sake with a hint of bitterness). Maybe I just drank too much during the New Year's holidays 😅.

Hello, studying. I am also Matsue. We are from the same hometown. I am envious of your Oroku *5. If you were able to buy this in Matsue, that means you are in Asoko, right?

Hi, Shirotama 😃I'm from the neighboring city of Yonago, and for the first time I went to the only store in the San-in region that sells Oroku. The selection of Oroku was amazing. I envy you if Matsue is your hometown 😊.

Is that so? I was so happy to see someone from Matsue, since I rarely see people from Matsue. Tottori is good for its many specialties, such as Mt. Daisen, sand dunes, and the white hare of Inaba. The new amazonsen pear is a hot one. The week after next, I plan to go buy some fresh Chiyomusubi sake.

Since we are together in the broad sense of San'in, I thought we were close to the same hometown. I think the sunset from Lake Shinji is beautiful and lovely. ☺️ Thank you for your purchase of Sakaiminato's local sake. I'm not a fan of strong, and I can't reach Chiyomusubi for it either lol.
