Next to Jigen, I headed for the line for Jyushiyo. I was surprised, but I got in line. I took this picture of the venue from the line. It was crowded. I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would, and I got around in about 60 minutes. And we were poured by Mr. Takagi, a legend.　He had an aura about him.　The taste of the sake was even more intense and drew me into the world of sake. 60ml, but I was very satisfied. ☺️

I went to the last day of CRAFT SAKE WEEK, Team Jyushiyo day.　I was troubled by all the precious sake, but I started with Jikin. It was only 60ml, and since I shared it with my wife, it was a small amount, but I am sure I drank it, so I checked it in as a reminder. It was fruity, sweet, delicious, and tasty. I wish I could drink it again.

I was in a good mood to open a bottle of this one since it was Golden Week. My wife's mother was going on a trip to Ueda, so she bought this for me as a souvenir. It has a delicious flavor, fine acidity, sharpness, a bit of sweetness, aroma, and a gasiness that is typical of Kamerei. There is nothing but happiness. I think it depends on the rice, but I think I have learned the taste of Kamerei, although it is mostly a sensory thing 😊 On the second day, it went well with Tuna Yamakake 😋 It is a great sake that can be enjoyed alone or with food 🍶.

Mimuro Sugi-Roman series drinking comparison. The next day, I opened a bottle of this one as well. There are differences, but it is difficult to say which is which. It is delicious from the second day. Easy to drink and fruity. The bitterness is more pronounced here.

Shinshu Kamerei ran out in no time, so we opened a bottle of this one, made by a female toji in the same prefecture. The first day was the most mellow, sweet and delicious. It went well with lasagna 😊As time went by, it became spicy and I couldn't drink it at the end 😅 You need to drink it as soon as you open the bottle. Alcohol content 15%. I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei that my wife bought for me in line in the morning in the winter 😊 The color is a little yellowish, but I was again impressed by the original very soft mouthfeel of Kamerei. It has a great balance of sweetness, umami and acidity with a good amount of gas. The last time I drank Miyamanishiki, it was a little different from what I imagined, but this one tastes just like I imagined and is very delicious 😋.

I opened a bottle of Kamikame Sweet Squash, which I reached for because the pop-up at the liquor store was highly recommended. It was the first time it took me this long to open a bottle 😅. The yeast activity in this nigori sake is amazing and the anticipation is high 😁. When you drink it, it's a squash with a low sweetness. Easy to drink with a sharpness, gorgeous and juicy. This is a very good one, very much like a strike 😋Repeat confirmed👍Maybe it was my favorite nigori sake. I'm afraid of Kamikame 🐢.

Last week, we opened a bottle of Wind Forest Standard 😊. Unlike the impression I had last time I drank it outside, it was less sweet and I didn't feel that much bitterness, and it was sweet at room temperature. It's delicious, but the impression I had last time was different. I guess my tastes are changing a little bit 🤏😆The bottle is dark so it's hard to tell how much I'm drinking and it's easy to drink so I end up drinking deeply😅.

I bought one at a liquor store because they were selling it in bulk. It is a seasonal product with a sakura 🌸 pattern on the cup. I started drinking this one in the middle of the week after finishing preparations for the new year. It is less sweet and more sharp than the Kutouryuu I drank before. The beautiful taste is still the same ☺️ but I can't drink it all at once because of the high alcohol content😅I think I like Kutouryuu better because it's easier to drink. I had a farewell party, worked on a holiday, and my body is tired🥱, so I wanted something easy to drink, so I went with sparkling. It's definitely not too sweet, so I could drink it as a food wine without any problem, although a four-pack is a lot for one person😅.

This one was purchased together with Shinshu Kamerei a while ago. It was a food sake with a soft mouthfeel, umami and spiciness followed by a firm sharpness. The sweetness started to appear on the second day and it became easier to drink. ☺️

At the end of the fiscal year, we have to report the results of the annual plan, reconcile the accounts, and make a plan for the next fiscal year 😅I wonder if it is only Japanese salarymen who like to make plans like this. I opened a bottle of Hana-Kun 🫰, which I wanted to drink at the same time as my child's graduation. The spring-like label makes me feel like spring even though it's still cold. It took a while to open the bottle ⏰ but the anticipation was worth it 😊 It is still a fresh sweet sake as expected. I preferred the 3rd day when I could feel the sweetness the most: ☺️ I forgot to take a picture of the front, so it was after I finished drinking it lol.

My child successfully passed the high school entrance examination and was admitted to the high school of his first choice, so as a reward for that, we went to Nagoya at his request in early March. On the last day of the trip, we went to Sake Sento Horiichi, which I had been curious about. I was so excited that I didn't expect to find it here. I'm sorry to my son, but he was the most excited of the whole trip and bought it immediately without thinking about it. ☺️ We also bought a cooler bag and a lot of ice packs. I was so happy to see this place. It's a very kind store. I took him home on the bullet train. I want to come back again. The first part of this article has been long, but the bottle was opened today. The taste was very acidic as expected, but when you roll it on your tongue like a wine, you can feel the taste of rice and it is delicious 😊. It really is as Yasu-san commented! Sorry for quoting without permission 🙇. 'The entrance has a penetrating acid aroma that is rich and even dry. When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness of the rice rides on your tongue as if supported by the acidity with a strong presence. At the same time, the sharp acidity at the entrance makes it sharp again soon after. We look forward to drinking it again next year.

We still have some Mitsuo Yamakawa left, but we opened this bottle.　This is only the second bottle after the red label, but it still has the perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. ☺️ The softness of the first mouthful with no attack at all for a moment is wonderful👍It is also sharp and easy to drink, but a little heavy, or maybe it is my health condition, I could not drink a lot 😞. For lunch, I went out with my wife to eat tempura and went to Kappa-bashi bridge. I couldn't help snapping a picture of the Sky Tree that we could see from there. I bought this sake early in the morning at a storefront sale at the end of the year, and while I was waiting, a neighbor offered me a warmer because I was cold, and it was a very memorable experience for me to experience the warmth of people 😊.

After my physical checkup, the ban is finally lifted. I had to buy a lot while I was not drinking, and my fridge was full. lol After wondering what to drink, I decided on the label or Mitsuo Yamakawa 👦 which I had been curious about for a while, and this time it seems to be brewed with Yamagata Masamune, and the lid is Yamagata Masamune. It is a modern food sake with a moderate gasiness and moderate sweetness. It gives a refreshing impression without interfering with the food. Sake is good after all😋.

I was going to drink this sake in March, but my wife prepared yuzu miso with yellowtail and I wanted to drink sake, so it moved up 😆 It is fresh and light with just the right amount of gas. It has a fruity aroma but I can't come up with an example. The kids smelled the aroma and said it was an apple 🍎! but when they say "apple", it just feels like an apple. The second day is more mellow and tasty. The bitterness that comes after is offset by the cheese, and it goes well with cheese 🙆.　If it comes down to personal preference, I liked it second only to Oumine 😊. This will keep me sober for a while and ready for the dog. I will continue to read and like👍 your posts. Your posts make me want to drink, but I hope I can resist😅.

I bought it when I visited an antenna store in Kochi. I opened the bottle immediately after telling myself I would cut back on the amount because I was going to have a human dog test next month. It has a pineapple aroma and a very sweet taste. It also has a sourness, and after a few minutes of soaking in the aftertaste, a bitterness comes in and kills it. It is certainly easy to drink for a sake beginner like me. I drank a lot of it. lol It was the first time for me to drink something so sweet.
