I drank a variety of sake such as Ki, Toyo Bijin, Tenbi, Otters, Gobashi, Yamazaru, and Ganki, but I unexpectedly liked Harada. It is characterized by sweetness and acidity.
I've always wanted to try this one, but luckily I was able to find it at a liquor store nearby✨.
The top-tasting aroma is pineapple 🍍I asked my underage daughter to just check the aroma and she said pineapple without any hints! I'm sure of it 😑.
In the mouth, there are no thorns and no unpleasant alcohol taste, and the juiciness explodes in the mouth with sweetness and deliciousness. The fine bubbles and the gasiness is only slightly pleasant. It is very easy to drink and delicious 🤤I understand why it is not available for a long time. I wonder when I can see you again 😭.
The fourth one is the popular miso ramen shop Misokkofukku, where we stood in line for an hour and ate on the weekend.

Uitateka is weak compared to Sisola. It's more nutty and muscat-like. On the first day, I felt the acidity was a little strong, but the overall taste was light, with little bitterness. ▶️ It's a perfect food sake that doesn't interfere with food. On the third day, it became sweeter and more fruity. ☺️

During GW, I was lucky enough to get a rare local sake from Matsue while I was back home with my parents, so I opened the bottle immediately.
Maybe it is because it is a rare variety, or maybe my tastes have changed a bit, but the impression I had a year ago was betrayed in a good way.
It is different from the taste I usually drink, but it is so good 😋 It has a slight gassy feeling, smooth texture and complex flavor. You can feel the fresh and soft flavor of the rice. ☺️I interpreted that to enjoy sake is to drink this kind of sake 😆 However, it has a high alcohol content, so you need to drink temperate water.

The aroma of melon cream soda is very pleasant, just like the color of the bottle. Even the hint of aroma has a hint of melon.
The taste is not too sweet, with a crisp acidity and creamy umami, which disappears with a crisp and bitter taste. It went well with chicken or pork or something. ☺️ It was an impressive bottle with fine bubbles and soft umami.
The other day at the liquor store I had a non-origarami Shichida that was also delicious, so next time get a clear sake 😁.

This is the first Shinshu Kamerei since last November.
I opened the bottle because I had some free time and wanted to drink it.
From the first sip, oh, I haven't had this flavor in a long time 😊.
Hitogokochi is the most refreshing and light on the palate. And finally the sharpness, it's still good 😋.
The second day, the bitterness was a bit stronger, but it goes really well with balsamic vinegar 🫢.

This is the first time 🔰 for Wakamusume, a reputable drinker at Sake no Wa.
I really wanted to drink it in March, but we kept drinking outside and it was just the season for cherry blossom viewing 🌸. Yesterday, I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom and opened a bottle of this one at home 💁.
It has a finer gasiness than the Nikomaru we were drinking the other day and is more of a stand-alone sake than a food sake 😊.
It is fruity and comes with a firm sweetness and acidity, but I personally like it because it also has a good umami.
Every year I feel the splendor of cherry blossoms and I guess it is proof that I am steadily getting older.

The first one in April is Hiran, which I haven't had in a year and a half. I can't remember what I thought of it before, but I'm pretty sure I liked it 😅I wanted to compare it to the hi-iri, but I chose the nama-shu again.
I can feel the alcohol a little bit stronger in the Hi-iri even after a few days, but it is easy to drink because it has a fruity aroma that is weak and gaseous but has a lot of sweetness and acidity 😄It becomes more balanced and more delicious as time goes by. ☺️The Nagasaki sake is also very good, Fukkai, Yokoyama and all others.

It's a light, refreshing and easy to drink food sake, too refreshing and feels like water 😁 similar to Tenpyo or Gagakuyo Gekka. On the first day, there was a slight alcohol smell, but the hint of aroma was melon🍈 sweet and sour, deliciously served with hand-rolled sushi.

I had just one glass at an atmospheric izakaya near Wakayama station, where I was on a business trip. It is a famous sake from Wakayama 🍶.
The color is quite yellow. The texture is soft on the tongue with a strong umami flavor. It was delicious and went very well with the meat suji and grilled eggplant. ma-ki - as you commented, it is slightly sweet and not flashy, but more than a classic but easy to drink 👍.

After I purchased it, it had been waiting in the cellar for a while. I had several opportunities to drink it outside, and each time I groaned, but this is the first time I've had it at home. The design and font of this simple but presentable bottle are wonderful.
When I drink outside, I go after the beer, so the initial feeling is different. I didn't know it had a fruity aroma and dry taste😅 but once it gets to room temperature, the sweetness increases and the taste becomes sweet and tasty, and then it finishes with a good acidity. It's so well balanced that naturally I can't stop 😆 It soaks into your body 😊.

Here comes the last player of Nigorinpikku 👏 I still bought too much at the end of the year even though I can't drink a lot lol.
The sake was well chilled in the sake cellar, but when I opened the bottle, it started stirring automatically ▶️ and soon it looked like a beautiful snowy landscape ❄️.
Sparkling nigori sake is still good 😋.
It tasted gassy and fresh melon 🍈 Sweetness was subdued but came out on the second day.

The aroma is weak and neither the fragrance is very strong. It is an easy-to-drink mid-meal sake with a light and refreshing taste with little sweetness. It is a sake to taste the flavor of rice. It is tastier than what I had imagined 😊.
