As always, but one of my favorites. And it is Ichini's favorite rice in this series. It's been probably 2 years since I've had it, and it is still sweet and juicy. but this rice still has a clean taste, acidity and bitterness. It goes in easily for a sake that is very drinkable. Today's dish is tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) with daikon leaves. I paired it with a tsukudani of daikon leaves and hawk's claw, and it was quite good together. I am glad I do not have high blood pressure.

I went to my usual liquor store for this sake. Of course, it is my favorite brand. The pale blue bottle is cool. The bottle was opened with a pop from a quiet juwak. The usual green apple aroma is quite restrained. The sweetness is also moderate. This year it may be more acidic than usual (we are not sure). Then some piquancy and a bitterness that comes in the middle. Finally, it finishes with spiciness. Combined with salted fish, there is nothing more to say. Today, as a challenge, I will also try the tomato-flavored short pasta. The initial refreshing sensation is a very good match, but the spiciness at the end interferes a little. It's still a challenge. I have to be careful with the alcohol content, which is low at 14 degrees.

It is a standard sake in my opinion. This time, however, I think it is the first sake rice used in this brand. I have been drinking only sake made with a certain rice recently, so I am very much looking forward to it. The aroma from the opening of the bottle, with a slight sizzle, was tropical fruit as usual. The rich aroma was still there. First, sweetness and bitterness come at the same time. Then, while mixing in the mouth, the pungency comes at the end. This pungent taste is quite long and has a nice accent. It is a hit after a long time. Although there are different tastes, the basic taste of this sake is the same. That is why you can enjoy the difference in sake rice.

I was looking at the liquor store's website and found this sake that wasn't there yesterday. (How much are you looking at?) I immediately went to work. LOL! There were other sake that I was looking for as well. I toured the fridge at one point, but it doesn't stay in my mind if I know what I'm going to buy. And then I tasted it. The bottle opened with a mature, juicy flavor. It has a mild ginjo aroma. First, you feel a slight sibilance. Then, bitterness and spiciness. At the end, there is a slight sweetness. This sweetness is doing a good job. There is almost no acidity. This may be misleading, but it is not harsh at all. It is a refreshing and cool sake, just like a summer sake. This time, it was not chilled well, but I think it will be even better if it is chilled thoroughly.

I went to a liquor store because I wanted a crisp sake since I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately. I had not decided on a brand at all, so I was very confused, but I chose this sake that I saw on Facebook. Since it is from Niigata, I imagined it would be light and dry, so I bought it. When I drank it, I was surprised to find that it was ⁉️ It tasted sweet. I took a second sip, puzzled. Even though it is a nama-shu, it is a honjozo, so there is a slight aroma of gorgeousness. First, the sweetness asserts itself. Then, in the middle, there is a spiciness from the bitterness. This pungency is a nice accent. The characteristic of this sake is that it does not have an alcoholic odor. I think the pungency and other factors contribute to this, but there is no odor. It also leaves a sticky feeling after drinking. It may be a one-size-fits-all sake. I think it just happened to be the one for my mood today. This time, I bought a four-pack bottle. The price of less than 1,300 yen including tax is one of its charms.

This time, as before, it is one of the fun bags. It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Koei Kiku. I have not picked it up recently because of the wide range of taste and aroma. Moreover, this sake is priced at nearly 3,000 yen for a four-pack, so it is not a sake I would choose for myself. The bottle had a warning against opening, so I opened it carefully, but it cleared without any trouble. Now, what does it taste like? The aroma is rich, melon-like and tropical, but not very strong. When I put it in my mouth, I can smell other fruits instead of melon, but I can't describe it well. Oh, I am late, but the sake rice used is my favorite Hachitan-Nishiki. At first, it is sourness with a little bit of a slight effervescence, followed by sweetness. Almost at the same time it is close. The end of the bottle is marked by a slight bitterness and spiciness. The alcohol content is low at 14%, so it is easy to drink, but for me, it lacked a bit of sharpness, which was disappointing. Well, this happens sometimes.

This is my first sake in about six months. I don't usually buy sake, but a liquor store near my house is regularly offering a grab bag of sake, so I applied for it. This is one of the bottles. Like the last time I drank this sake, it has a strong sweetness, but from the middle to the latter half of the bottle, a strong spiciness and bitterness comes in, making it a very punchy sake. I think this sake has a strong spiciness and bitterness from the middle to the end of the bottle, making it a punchy sake. Also, I think kimchi and other solid foods would be good.

I haven't had a drink in a long time. I guess it's been about a year. I was curious about this flashy pink label and was able to purchase it before it ran out. The stable sweetness and the sharpness that comes in the second half are still there. I think this sake is all about the sharpness at the end. It has a strong taste, but I think the bitterness and pungency in the last half is the key. It is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own, but today I paired it with sweet-and-sour pork. I think there are different tastes, but it is quite good. The sweet and sour taste of the sweet-and-sour pork mixed with the sharpness of the sake at the end makes for a very good pairing, in my opinion.

This sake was chosen because spring is in full swing. Seasonal sake is coming out early these days, so I am happy to be able to drink it well into the season. I don't drink this sake very often, but looking at my past history, I drank it about once a year. I'm a drunk. It is a spring sake, so it is very light. I have the impression that many of the sakes are light in nature, but because it is a nama-shu, in a word, it is very fresh. The balance of the five tastes is very good, and it is easy to drink. It is a satisfying bottle.

This is a once-a-year treat. It has been quite a while since the bottle was opened, maybe a week or so. Perhaps because of this, the roughness of the first day is gone, and sweetness and spiciness spread in the mouth. It is basically a sake to be drunk in small doses, but today I tried it with tonkatsu (pork cutlet). Although it has lost some of its edge, the strong flavors of each sake are not overpowered by the others. It is a good choice with tonkatsu. It tastes good even after a long time. Try it sometime.

I told him, 'I haven't had it yet,' and he gave it to me the other day when we drank it. I said, 'I haven't had it yet. I was so happy to have it when I drank it the other day. I found out that it is quite rare. It has a good amount of color for a 40% polished bottle. After checking your review, I tried it today with Kentucky and pickled takana. The aroma is tame, but it smells strong. The sweet and spicy taste is more than I expected. I like this taste a lot. This spiciness may be the alsobe. In a good sense, it gives the impression of a sake that is difficult to match. It seems to go well with strong flavored food. Kentucky was quite good. On the other hand, it may be a bit tough with seafood and raw vegetables. It is quite an interesting sake.

It is a standard drink every year. It seems to have somewhat less oli. The fragrance is gorgeous from the juicy wine. The aroma may be stronger than that of the sake we usually drink directly from the kettle. This type of sake has a strong sweetness, but it is also quite strong. However, it is a good balance of the unique freshness, bitterness, and spiciness of nama-zake. As you can see in your post, it is a Tokyo sake. I still think it is really ⁉️.

This is my second bottle of W this year. Aizan, my favorite of this series, has been open for a few days. How about this year? As usual, it is sweet and rich. But I really like the fact that this sake does not feel sticky after drinking. This year, there is a strong sweetness, but bitterness in the middle part. And the spiciness asserts itself in the latter half. I have this image of this year's new sake in general, but I am not sure if it is the quality of the rice or the current trend. It is a sake that goes well with guts, but it also goes well with sweet and spicy simmered dishes and salty pickles. It is best paired with local products.

As every year, this season has arrived. It is the time of the year when we can only drink a few bottles of sake from the brewery. This time, I will drink from the unrefined sake, which I was not able to buy last year. Naturally, I started with the top clear liquid. Although it is a honjozo, it has a pleasant fresh aroma due to the fact that it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Well, the alcohol content is high at 19%, so it tingles a bit. It also has a hint of sweetness. Now for the main course. This nigori sake is like doburoku. When you mix it, you can still taste the rich rice flavor. And the thick texture on the tongue is irresistible. This year, the spiciness and bitterness are balanced by the sweetness. What should I pair it with? There was no answer, so I searched. It seems to be good with Bean Curd with Bean Sprouts. Then I tried it. Oops, besides ⁉️, the spiciness of the bean curd and the rich taste of the sake are quite good. One more thing, fried bean curd. This is a little sweet fried bean curd. This is outstanding. The fried bean curd with mirin and the sweetness of the unrefined sake go very well together. It was another day of new discoveries.

This is a souvenir for myself from a recent trip to Ibaraki. I was very confused when purchasing the sake because I was not very impressed with the sake from Ibaraki. On the first day of opening the bottle, the impression was more guttural than I expected, but by the third day, the corners had been removed and it became easier to drink. It has a mild ginjo aroma, but at first it is pungent and acidic. In the middle of the bottle, there is a slight sweetness. Then, at the end of the day, the spiciness and bitterness come again. Although it has become easier to drink, it has a certain impact. I don't dislike it, but it is a sake for different tastes.

It is getting quite warm during the day. So, this time I bought a bottle of Momo-iro Nigori, which I pre-ordered at a liquor store the other day. I was a little nervous because of the perforated cap, but I was able to open the bottle without incident. First, we started with the supernatant as usual. It is a sweet rosé wine. Then, I mixed in the oli. According to the liquor store, this is the second lot of this sake. He said the first lot never came in. Well, I am thankful that it just came in because we are in the country. I'm getting side-tracked, but the nigori finally makes it more like sake, but it is still quite sweet. If I had to describe it, I would say it is like a peach-colored amazake with a fresh sourness. Naturally, it is not suitable as a food sake, but it is an adult amazake with a low alcohol content of 10 degrees. Red yeast is fun this time of year.

This is my first sake. The aroma is mild. It is not spicy, but it is crisp and sharp. Then there is the bitterness. The bitterness is quite strong, but in the latter half, a slight sweetness can be felt, which is a nice accent. This is a perfect sashimi.

It has been a long time since I have avoided Kyushu. Again, I was confused, so I asked the clerk and bought it. I wanted a crisp sake. On the first day after opening the bottle, I didn't feel the spiciness that much and felt that it was Kyushu, but on the third day, the spiciness came to the forefront, followed by a bitter taste. However, on the third day, the spiciness came to the forefront, followed by bitterness, and at the very end, a slight sweetness. I was a bit surprised at the unexpected change in taste. It was a bottle that changed my image of Kyushu sake.

I have been drinking this drink for 4 years now. I don't pick it up much these days, but I still want it this time of year. Yamada-Nishiki, the royal road. This year it is very good. It has the usual gorgeous aroma and rich flavor. This year it also has a certain amount of spiciness to it, making it surprisingly drinkable even though it is very strong. This sake is a good accompaniment. It is a bottle of peace of mind.
