新舘幸樹
I think this is another brand that is new to me. I didn't pick it up because I had a sweet image of it.
First, let's start with the supernatant. The bitterness from the soft aroma comes, but as expected, the sweetness is strong.
I tried mixing in the oli, but since it had been given a lot of rest, it did not mix well. Still, after struggling for a while, we managed to make nigorizake.
Nigori (nigori) sake must be mixed. The expression changes from the sweetness of the supernatant.
It is not so silky, but the flavor of the rice gives the sake a richness. However, there is almost no sharpness. The back of the bottle says that it can be served warmed, so I will give it a try.
