新舘幸樹
This is the first time I have tasted this brewery.
It has a gorgeous aroma because it is a draft sake, but the aroma is not fruity like in Niigata, but more like rice.
My first impression is that it has a good balance between classic and modern.
A slight piquancy is immediately followed by an unexpected sweetness. Then comes bitterness and spiciness.
The aftertaste is not sharp, as is typical of Niigata, but it finishes nicely.
It is fun to drink outside for the first time in a while.
