新舘幸樹
I went to a liquor store and was browsing the refrigerators when it caught my eye.
I had a strong impression that this brand was sweet, so I did not pick it up, but since the rice was Hachitan-Nishiki, I gave it a try.
When I poured it into a sake cup, it was colorless and clear.
The first sip. Hmmm. It is lighter than I expected. It has a strong sweetness, but it is not a rich sweetness. The label on the back says that the alcohol content is 13%.
I took another sip, and found it to be a little tangy, bitter, and sweet.
There is not much pungency.
The aftertaste is not sharp, but it disappears nicely.
There is a sweetness, but not so much that it interferes with the meal, so it is good for those who are a little more used to sake.
