新舘幸樹
It's been a year. Now I wonder what it tastes like this year.
From the opening of the bottle, which was juicy as usual.
Since I started drinking sake with a sake cup, I can see the color of the sake very clearly. This is one of the new pleasures. The aroma is more subdued than usual.
Then, the first sip. It is different from the rich sweet juicy taste that is the characteristic of the combination of this sake and Aizan. The sweetness characteristic of Aizan is moderate. The sweetness comes first as usual, but it is soon replaced by bitterness. The lingering taste seems short.
This is the impression of a drastic change in the production rather than the rice.
I really don't know.
It is a bit too much, but it retains the richness that is a characteristic of this brewery.
Recently, low-alcoholic sake has been on the rise, so perhaps the brewery has moved a little more in that direction.
Still, it is still delicious.
