This is my first drink. I couldn't even read it. The aroma is moderate. The sweetness comes first, but it is not harsh. The acidity and spiciness come in the middle to the latter half of the bottle. It is a delicious sake with a good mouthfeel. In a word, it is the image of Yamagata sake. Where is it sold?

This is my first drink. It is dry, but not to the point of being grueling. I think it goes well with fish and other fish. Today's dish is gindara (silver cod). grilled on skewers. It was quite a good match.

This is my first sake. The aroma is mild. It is not spicy, but it is crisp and sharp. Then there is the bitterness. The bitterness is quite strong, but in the latter half, a slight sweetness can be felt, which is a nice accent. This is a perfect sashimi.

The waitress recommended it to me because it was the first sake to be served, so I ordered it. As expected, it was hard on the palate and the bitterness came forward, but because it is a draft sake, it also had a slight sweetness. I still feel that it is not a good pairing, but the refreshing aftertaste is very nice.

This year I could not get Senkou's Yukidaruma, so I asked for this Yukidaruma. It is nigori-yu, but it looks light nigori. The taste is just like the snowdrift in Oze, with sweetness and bitterness at first. The sweetness and bitterness come first, and then disappear, but the final part of the taste is sweetened and tightened. You can have a strong flavor or a refreshing one to rinse your mouth. Today, I paired it with a yellowtail and chicken stir-fried with oyster sauce, but I think the stir-fry is the better choice.

It's been a long time since I've had Osake. I don't remember much, so what are my impressions? The sweetness and acidity are assertive, but not too punchy. The sake rice is Yamada-Nishiki, so it is sweet, but I think it is a well-balanced sake.

I asked for it to win the whole country. Then, lo and behold, it was Aiyama. As I thought, this also has a sense of omission, but it is characterized by Aizan and sweetness. It also has spiciness and bitterness, making it quite a punchy sake. I think I might like it very much.

This is my first Mura sake. Since there was only a small amount left, there is a slight feeling of being left out, but the sweetness comes to the forefront, followed by bitterness and spiciness. It is a delicious sake that is sweet, but also tight and delicious.

I was a little hesitant because of the high alcohol content, but I ordered it. It is quite dry. It has a tangy and pungent taste, followed immediately by a bitter taste. Even so, it is a very refreshing sake, as is typical of Niigata sake. It is a sake that is both modern and classical. It may be tough for beginners.

This is my first time at my usual restaurant, Okurasan. It is very easy to drink, being a low-alcohol and draft sake. The aroma is peachy. It starts with peach, but the balance of the five flavors is very good, and it also has a sharp and tangy taste. It was a hit after a long time.

This is the first sake I have ever tasted. It is also my least favorite sake. As expected, it is quite acidic, but I think it is good for a refreshing drink. It goes down smoothly and is probably a bit of a bad sake for this time of the year. I paired it with bonito, and the refreshing bonito and the acidity of the sake were very nice.

I thought it would be a common sake in Mie, but it is not. As usual, the first impression is sweet, but then the sourness comes and closes it out with a little bit of acidity. And last but not least, bitterness. It changed my image of Mie sake. It was delicious.
