This time it is a completely unknown brand & ozo. I was attracted by the cool jacket with an image of the sea and bought it. Also for the sake sake. First of all, the first impression was a chili-colored slight bubbling. I don't know if it is due to the rice called "reihou" or the sake yeast, but after the fizzy feeling, sourness and bitterness like lemon peel are coming. In the second half, there is a citrus sweetness. I think this is also because the bitterness from the first half is still there. The sensation may be similar to that of sparkling wine. It seems to go well with fish. The atmosphere is sparkling wine, but it is firmly sake. (It has a little heaviness), so it seems to go well with sour southern bluefin tuna, etc.

It's been hot every day, and I'm getting tired of it, but today I have this sake. I asked at the sake shop I usually go to for something shwashy because of the hot weather. I asked for something shwashy because it was so hot. So I chose this one from a selection of several varieties. By the way, it is not labeled as "Nama-shu". The bottle was opened rather tightly, but there was a nice sound from the first sip. The first sip. It's wonderfully shwashy. I can't get enough of this cool feeling. And the taste, in a word, it is a cider for adults. The first sip is sweetness. After a slight sourness, there is a bitter taste. Overall, it has a strong sweetness, but it is not unpleasant. It was a great decision. At this liquor store, when I am in doubt, I ask the clerk, and he never misses a beat. This is indeed a liquor store that has been around since I was a child.

This is the second time this year that I have had this sake directly pumped. I buy this sake when it is available, so it is hard to find other sake. The last time I bought this sake, it was also brewed in July, but I'm not sure of the production date. I would like to know if anyone knows the date of production. This is the third day after opening the bottle. It is always quiet on the first day, but I was a little surprised to hear a loud and violent sound, probably because I only drank a little on the third day. Since it is junmai, the aroma is suppressed as before. However, it is impressive that it has opened up, as it is commonly called, due to exposure to air. The five tastes The sensation is sweet and juicy with an added spiciness as usual, but as a whole, it feels very fuller and softer than right after opening the bottle. It is still a bottle that cannot be missed.

Since the stock of alcohol was getting low, we did some research beforehand and went to the liquor store. Still, I still circled the store. Then this sake caught my eye. Aizan in Hidakami: ⁉️ Hidakami is known for its crisp and tight sake, but Aizan has a strong sweetness to it. This sake rice is my favorite, but it does not match the image of the brewery, so I bought a bottle to try it out. First of all, the aroma. It smells of peach and tropical fruits, which is typical of Aizan. In the mouth, the sweetness of Aizan comes through, but the spiciness and bitterness soon follow. My total impression is that it is a hikakami, but the Aizan seems to get in the way a bit. Even though there is sweetness, it seems to be sharp. I think it is not necessary to brew this, but I was able to find an interesting sake. The image of the brewery is important.

It's been two years since we last saw each other. It caught my eye when I was browsing through a mail order site, so I went straight to the liquor store. Since this is my favorite liquor store, I went to take a look around the store and chose this sake. It is not only cost-effective, but also tasty and sharp. It is said to be super dry, but just like before, it is not at all. The aroma is soft and peachy. The first taste is bitter, but it is soon followed by a hint of sweetness. Finally, the spiciness finishes it off with a bang. As I always write, this is the beauty of Aruzoe. Like the instrument Masamune, it is really delicious. When in doubt, I recommend Bakuren.

The last time I went to the liquor store, I bought this bottle because I had a challenge and wanted something solid. And this is the first time I have had this sake in a year. The aroma does not come up as it did last year, but there is a slight grapefruit-like aroma on the palate. What is it? It is not the type of sake that is refreshed by acidity and fizziness, but rather, each of the five tastes is very well balanced and made for a summer sake. It may not have the same impact, but it is still a stable bottle. Finally, there is a firefly on the jacket. This is also a nice touch.

This is the first time for me to visit Okura. Well, no matter how much I drink, I will never be able to complete the collection. I wanted a low-alcohol sake, so I asked the waiter to select a crispy sake for me. It was a choice from among the three types she had selected for me. It was simply because I had never had it before. And I was drawn to the price of 2,750 yen per square. The opening of the bottle was a little sizzling, but it was mild. It is a beautiful first impression with no coloration. And the aroma was also subdued and mature. In the mouth, the first sensation was watery and unsatisfying, but it was soon followed by a thin sweetness and then a bitterness in the middle part. The final stage is spicy. It is a very strong sake, but thanks to the low alcohol content, it is easy to enjoy. It is also a very good sake for this time of the year, as it has no habits, and is very cost-effective as a food sake. The liquor store's advice is almost never off the mark. I am very impressed.

This is one of the bottles I went to the liquor store the other day to purchase. Since I had a purpose, I was able to purchase that bottle of sake without incident. But I was stuck with one more bottle, so I asked the clerk for advice. The clerk asked me what brand I usually drink, and I chose the one he recommended. This sake was also hard to find. I tend to avoid Kyoto sake because I have the impression that it has a strong sweet taste. It has been three days since I opened the bottle. On the first day, a slight fizzy feeling despite the sake being kept at room temperature. As the waiter told me, this may be unusual for a sake other than nama-zake. Today, the fizziness is gone and the sweetness rises like in Kyoto, but not so much, moving from a little sourness to bitterness in the middle part of the bottle, and finishing with spiciness. The sweetness asserts itself because of the lack of acidity, but it is more delicious than one might imagine. And the price of less than 3,000 yen including tax for 1 shou is also attractive. It seems to be an option when you are in need.

It's that time of year again. The long-awaited sake. As is the case every year, opening the bottle is a difficult task. It definitely takes 5 minutes. Of course, the supernatant is undrinkable. I think that's why the activity is so strong. So, how does it taste this year? As is typical of this brewery, there is a slight aroma of green apples. It must be this year's production. The sweetness is quite restrained and the bitterness is assertive. Until last year, it was a ramune for adults, but this year, it is a sake. It goes down your throat with ease. It may be a little difficult to match it with something, but I think it is good for stir-fried dishes and oily foods, as it is meant to reset the taste.

I was in a pinch for alcohol in stock, so I entered a local liquor store five minutes before closing on my way home from work. I was grateful to be told to "come in" despite the fact that I was in a tight spot for sake in stock. However, I didn't want to stay too long, so I bought some sake that I had already had my eye on. This time, I wanted a refreshing and crisp sake, so I went for this stable brand. The color is clear and colorless. There is not much aroma. The first sip. It is delicious. Each of the five tastes is well balanced, and the spiciness asserts itself at the end. It is really refreshing and easy to drink. The label is cool with dolphins, turtles, penguins, and wakame seaweeds. On the back of the label, there is a print of Edomae Sushi, which is quite stylish. This sake has classical elements, but it is firmly a summer sake.

I somehow purchased this bottle at a liquor store. I don't even remember why I bought it. I was a little careful when opening the bottle, because it has a shwishy atmosphere, but I was able to open the bottle normally without any problems. It is a standard supernatant, but it is surprisingly refreshing, probably due to the low alcohol content. Then I mix the ori and drink it. Even though it is nigori, it is a light nigori, so you can feel a slight silky taste and the umami of rice. It is light and easy to drink. It is indeed light. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink.

As always, but one of my favorites. And it is Ichini's favorite rice in this series. It's been probably 2 years since I've had it, and it is still sweet and juicy. but this rice still has a clean taste, acidity and bitterness. It goes in easily for a sake that is very drinkable. Today's dish is tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) with daikon leaves. I paired it with a tsukudani of daikon leaves and hawk's claw, and it was quite good together. I am glad I do not have high blood pressure.

I went to my usual liquor store for this sake. Of course, it is my favorite brand. The pale blue bottle is cool. The bottle was opened with a pop from a quiet juwak. The usual green apple aroma is quite restrained. The sweetness is also moderate. This year it may be more acidic than usual (we are not sure). Then some piquancy and a bitterness that comes in the middle. Finally, it finishes with spiciness. Combined with salted fish, there is nothing more to say. Today, as a challenge, I will also try the tomato-flavored short pasta. The initial refreshing sensation is a very good match, but the spiciness at the end interferes a little. It's still a challenge. I have to be careful with the alcohol content, which is low at 14 degrees.

I have been drinking only sake made with a certain rice recently, so I am very much looking forward to it. The aroma from the opening of the bottle, with a slight sizzle, was tropical fruit as usual. The rich aroma was still there. First, sweetness and bitterness come at the same time. Then, while mixing in the mouth, the pungency comes at the end. This pungent taste is quite long and has a nice accent. It is a hit after a long time. Although there are different tastes, the basic taste of this sake is the same. That is why you can enjoy the difference in sake rice.

I was looking at the liquor store's website and found this sake that wasn't there yesterday. (How much are you looking at?) I immediately went to work. LOL! There were other sake that I was looking for as well. I toured the fridge at one point, but it doesn't stay in my mind if I know what I'm going to buy. And then I tasted it. The bottle opened with a mature, juicy flavor. It has a mild ginjo aroma. First, you feel a slight sibilance. Then, bitterness and spiciness. At the end, there is a slight sweetness. This sweetness is doing a good job. There is almost no acidity. This may be misleading, but it is not harsh at all. It is a refreshing and cool sake, just like a summer sake. This time, it was not chilled well, but I think it will be even better if it is chilled thoroughly.

I went to a liquor store because I wanted a crisp sake since I have been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately. I had not decided on a brand at all, so I was very confused, but I chose this sake that I saw on Facebook. Since it is from Niigata, I imagined it would be light and dry, so I bought it. When I drank it, I was surprised to find that it was ⁉️ It tasted sweet. I took a second sip, puzzled. Even though it is a nama-shu, it is a honjozo, so there is a slight aroma of gorgeousness. First, the sweetness asserts itself. Then, in the middle, there is a spiciness from the bitterness. This pungency is a nice accent. The characteristic of this sake is that it does not have an alcoholic odor. I think the pungency and other factors contribute to this, but there is no odor. It also leaves a sticky feeling after drinking. It may be a one-size-fits-all sake. I think it just happened to be the one for my mood today. This time, I bought a four-pack bottle. The price of less than 1,300 yen including tax is one of its charms.

This time, as before, it is one of the fun bags. It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Koei Kiku. I have not picked it up recently because of the wide range of taste and aroma. Moreover, this sake is priced at nearly 3,000 yen for a four-pack, so it is not a sake I would choose for myself. The bottle had a warning against opening, so I opened it carefully, but it cleared without any trouble. Now, what does it taste like? The aroma is rich, melon-like and tropical, but not very strong. When I put it in my mouth, I can smell other fruits instead of melon, but I can't describe it well. Oh, I am late, but the sake rice used is my favorite Hachitan-Nishiki. At first, it is sourness with a little bit of a slight effervescence, followed by sweetness. Almost at the same time it is close. The end of the bottle is marked by a slight bitterness and spiciness. The alcohol content is low at 14%, so it is easy to drink, but for me, it lacked a bit of sharpness, which was disappointing. Well, this happens sometimes.
