This is my first drink in about a year and a half. First impression. It is delicious. It is delicious. There was a sake I wanted, so I bought it on the side, but it is a brand that has not left much of an impression on me. It has a mild but fresh aroma that is typical of new sake. It is also nice in the mouth. It has a sweetness that accompanies the piquancy. But from the middle to the latter half of the bottle, it finishes with spiciness and bitterness. I end up drinking more than I expected. I think this freshness is one of the reasons. It is a relatively thin sake, so it may be difficult to match it with something, but it may go well with vegetarian dishes such as shochu fries because of its crispiness. Vegetables seem to go better with it than meat or fish. Strongly flavored simmered dishes and pickles from the Kanto region to the north may be good.

It is the first time in a year. This is the season to look forward to. It is a regular sake. This brewery's sakes do not blur the basic line, so you can buy them with peace of mind. It is a safe and secure opening of the bottle (lol). As is the case every year, the gorgeous aroma is subdued and the usual green apple peeks out a little. And then the first sip. Oh ⁉️ I feel a stronger sweetness than usual. This sake has a nice spiciness and bitterness while still having a sweet taste. Hmmm. I can feel the bitterness and spiciness from the middle to the latter half, but it is not sharp enough. Edible rice also seems to be in good shape this year, so maybe the sweetness is stronger. It is a little disappointing, but it is still a satisfying bottle.

This was also my first sake. I asked for this sake because it is from Shizuoka. I ordered mackerel skewers with salt and swordfish skewers with sauce. The sweetness is stronger than I expected. There is not much bitterness, but it is tangy and pungent. And, as in Shizuoka, it has a nice sharpness. I think the sweetness is a little strong, but this may be interesting because it is not typical of Shizuoka!

This is the first sake I have ever had. Since it is a special junmai, it does not have much aroma, but it has a soft sweetness first, followed by a spiciness in the middle. The spiciness comes in the middle and the spiciness comes at the end. While it has a sweet taste, it has a strong autumnal flavor. It seems to go well with fried foods and strong flavored foods.

While looking at the refrigerator of a liquor store, I found a label that did not look like sake. I looked at the back and saw that it was Okuharima. And it was low alcohol, so I bought it. I am not sure about the naming. It has a crisp and tight impression, as is typical of sake from Hyogo. The acidity, spiciness, and bitterness are well combined, making it a well-balanced dry sake. The alcohol content is 13%, so it goes down your throat smoothly. It is not for beginners, but it is good for a light evening drink.

It is not my favorite of this brand, but I still buy it. It is a stable taste. I haven't had aka-bakuren recently, so I forgot what it tastes like, but it's just as I imagined. The spiciness comes first, then the sweetness soon after. The bitter taste comes in the second half. The tingling sensation when it enters the mouth is also quite nice. I knew I should have done this with a bottle.

When I see the name Aizan, I am the one who always picks it up. I remember seeing this sake before, but the price was a bit high, so I gave up on it. This time, I wanted it so badly that I bought a 4-goupe bottle of another sake. It is clear and colorless. There is no fancy aroma. It has a calm scent of rice. Now, the first sip to look forward to. Basically, it is the usual Hidakami, but it is a bit thicker. Then comes the sweetness of Aizan. I think to myself, "This is Aizan, right? Then, the spiciness comes in the middle and the bitterness supports the sweetness. I think it is an easy-to-understand sake with the sweetness of Aizan added to the usual Hitakami. The evaluation may be divided. It is neither sweet and juicy nor crisp and tight. It is interesting for those who are interested in sake breweries and rice. This was the one that changed my concept of "fish is good for Hidakami". It was a bottle that changed my concept of "fish for Hidakami".

This is my second Red Takeshi this year. As usual, it is from a sizzling opening. I used to drink it a lot. The price has gone up, and I don't pick this sake up as much these days, but in a word, it has a stable taste. In a word, it has a stable taste. A little less piquancy. This is my first time at the brewery. I wanted a little classical sake, so I bought it. This kind of sake is surprisingly cosy, so it was a challenge for me. First, I drank it cold. It is a bit classical, but it has a soft and bitter taste in the mouth. The spiciness at the end of the bottle left a strong impression on me. Then, I tried it cold. At first, it comes in without any discomfort. It has a slight sweetness, but it has the same mouthfeel as cold sake. It has a soft mouthfeel to begin with, but by chilling it, the spikiness is removed. I don't think this is a sake for beginners, but I think it has a stable taste. Perhaps it would be good as a heated sake.

I went to my favorite liquor store because their stock of sake is getting low. It is still in the middle of fall sake, but I am not a big fan of fall sake in general, so I did my research beforehand. When I got to the store, I couldn't find the sake I was looking for. I asked the clerk and she told me to wait a little while as she was going to the warehouse a little further away to pick it up. I waited for a while, less than 10 minutes. The sake I was looking for arrived. It had been a long time since I had had a storeroom pick it up for me. Then, I put it in the refrigerator for half a day to cool it down. The aroma is fresh, as only new sake can be. It smells like lychee, melon, and European white grapes. There is a small amount of oriki at the bottom of the bottle. As expected of Houou Mita. The balance of the five tastes is very good. You may feel that it lacks in terms of sharpness, but this freshness is irresistible.

How many years has it been since I have had Kaze no Mori? I haven't had it for a long time because it doesn't have a good image and my favorite liquor store doesn't carry it. I opened the bottle carefully because there was a warning against opening the bottle, but there was no problem. It has a moderate chiliiness. The sweetness is followed by bitterness, but the cemedine smell in the nose is bothersome. It is a bittersweet taste after the sweetness. However, after pouring it into the jenome boar cup, the cemedine smell will go away after a while. I also noticed that it has a surprisingly pungent taste. Perhaps if I let it sit for a while, there may be a change in taste. I am looking forward to it.

This is my first time drinking sake. I found it at a liquor store I stopped by when I went out for a bit. The moment I saw the label, I decided to buy it. I don't often buy sake like this these days, but I just checked the price. When I got home, I was a little surprised to see that it was a Junmai Daiginjo with a Shizukutori. The aroma is not flashy, but it is gorgeous. It is not flashy, but it has a gorgeous aroma. I thought it might be a failure, but after a while, the bitterness comes in, and it lasts a bit longer. Toward the end, it is pungent. This also has quite a long aftertaste. I think it is a very beautiful sake. However, there may be some differences in taste.

This is a drink that I have been drinking regularly this year. It is not an impactful sake, nor is it a favorite. It is a rare sake that stands out in my mind. I usually end up with it somehow, but this time it was different. To be honest, I was surprised at how much the taste changed. I was impressed by how much the taste changed. Of course, since it is fire-aged, it does not have a fresh aroma, but you can feel a calm ginjo aroma. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth texture on your tongue. It is not so thick. The spiciness is followed by sweetness. The spiciness continues through the middle part of the flavor, and finally, there is a slight bitterness. The taste is much richer than usual. This is the true autumn flavor. I should have bought a bottle of it.

It was hard to decide after looking in the liquor store's fridge, but it has been a long time since I have had an instrumental Masamune, as it is my favorite sake rice. The Nakadori is my favorite of this sake, but this is also the first time in a long time that I have had a Musical Instrument Masamune without Aruzome. First of all, a word of advice. Stable taste. It is safe. That's all I can say. This is the second day after opening the bottle. Since it is not a honjozo, the sharpness of the aluzoe is modest, but it was adequate on the first day. It is a simple impression, but this is what you get when you make Aizan with the taste of Masamune Instrument. It tastes just as I imagined. As time goes by, the sweetness becomes stronger, so it is best to drink it well chilled.

This is my first time at Ozo. This time, for the first time in a long time, I was lost. I looked in the store's fridge and couldn't find anything that appealed to me, and when I was thinking about what to do, the Hachitan moji caught my eye. I was wondering what to do with it when the Hachitan moji caught my eye. In fact, although I saw it as Hachitan and bought it, when I returned home, I found that it was not Hachitan-Nishiki, but Hachitan-35. It seems to be the parent of Hachitan-Nishiki. This rice also tends to have a sweet taste, but not as much as Aiyama. I have already mentioned it, but when I poured it into a sake cup, it had a slightly strong yellowish taste. I thought it might not be my favorite pattern, but I like it more than I imagined. The aroma is restrained, but the bitterness and sweetness are quite strong. The pungent spiciness also comes in the middle to the latter half of the flavor. This too has quite an impact. It is not spectacular, but in a nutshell, it is deliciously spicy and mellow. It is not just sweet, which is a high point. Since it is quite a strong type, it would be good with yakitori sauce or kakuni.

It says "umakara" but not that much. It has no impact on the palate, but it has bitterness and spiciness. The bitterness, spiciness, and sweetness all come at once. It is a hiyaoroshi-nare, so it has a full-bodied taste. Because it is hiyaoroshi, it has a full flavor and a slightly long aftertaste. It is not modern, but it is not completely classical either. I feel like I haven't had sake in a while. Recently, I had stopped buying sake because of a series of sweet sake and also because I had to replace my refrigerator. The ban on sake has been lifted. The refrigerators at the liquor stores are already in the middle of autumn. The weather is still in the middle of lingering summer heat. We have been drinking sake like juice, so we are going to have some sake. This time, I was able to buy it without much hesitation at the liquor store. First of all, this sake is a stable one. The taste is the same as usual. It is crisp and tight, with spiciness and bitterness coming to the fore. And when you roll it around in your mouth, you can really taste a slight sweetness. This may be the key point. After all, it has a lot of flavor. It is usually refreshing, but if you are used to drinking it, you can tell that it is full, or rather, rich. At first sip, I thought it was ayu fish. Today, I paired it with octopus from Sanriku. The octopus is very tasty, but I think it is a bit overpowered by the sake. I think red southern bluefin tuna would be a good choice.

It has been many years since I have had this sake. It had been a hot day and I wanted a light sweet and sour sake, so I bought it. I started with the supernatant as usual. When I poured it out, it was more yellowish than I expected. I was a little surprised because I did not remember much about the last time. The taste is sweet and sour as expected, but the aroma that goes through the nose is a little bit bitter. Even if you mix the oli, this color does not go away. However, the taste changes drastically. The taste is silky, of course, but the tingling sensation disappears when the oli is mixed in. The acidity becomes more pronounced, and the sweetness comes in the aftertaste. I think it would be tough to match it with Japanese food, but today I tried it with short pasta peperoncino. It is quite good. I found an interesting combination.
