新舘幸樹
It is a standard Tatenogawa. Until now, I did not buy it because the liquor store I frequent did not have it, but a new liquor store I was told about had it, so I bought it. As was the case last time, it is a jun-dai, so there are no unpleasant tastes, and it goes in and disappears quickly. It has a slight piquancy as it enters the mouth. It has a soft sweetness and a pungent spiciness that counteracts the sweetness. The bitterness may also play a supporting role. It is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of. I think I am the only one who feels that the sweetness of that hard-to-find sake has been reduced, but I think it is a sake that is not to be missed.

It is my favorite sake, but I had given up on it because I never had a chance to pick it up. But when I went to my favorite liquor store and looked at the fridge, I saw it at the end of the line, so I immediately bought it. It was the first day. I opened the bottle quietly. Wow, I don't feel the green apple that I usually feel. It is less sweet than usual, and the pungency and bitterness seem a little stronger. And the overall impression is hard, so we left it for a while. And the third day. The bottle is opened with a small, jwah-jwah-shpop. It is softer and calmer than the last time, but the bitterness and pungency are still bothering me. It is the first brewing with an unnamed sake rice, so we are looking forward to the changes in the future.

It has been a long time since I last had a yamori, although I refrained from doing so because the taste had changed so much. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of changes there will be now that it is a fire-retardant type. Last time, it was directly pumped, so the acidity was too pronounced and I didn't like it very much. But this time, the acidity has been lightened by the aging process, and at the same time, the heaviness has been added, which is just right. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight tanginess and sweetness. Then comes the spiciness and sourness. Toward the end, there is a bitter taste and the pungent taste remains. I used to avoid the fire-brewed types because they were too heavy, but this one is just the right thickness for when the weather gets a little chilly. It made me want to try a different spec next time.

Again, this is my first sake. I thought it was a sake from Nara because of the name, so I had not picked it up for a long time. I never picked up this sake until I found out it was from Fukushima. I always drink it in a japanese sake cup, but the color is so nice. I was surprised to see it was really clear and colorless for the first time in a while. Since it is hiyaoroshi-goshi, the aroma is mild. And it is much drier than I expected. There is not much that can be felt on the tip of the tongue, and as it rolls around in the mouth, the spiciness and bitterness come in a rush. Finally, there is a slight sweetness. The lingering bitterness lingers in the mouth. I paired it with simmered kabochiya (pumpkin). The sweetness combined with the spiciness and bitterness of the sake is very tasty. It is a simple combination, but it was more than I expected.

I am not a big fan of this type of sake, but it is my favorite brewery, so I decided to buy it. Well, what do you think? First of all, the bottle was opened without any difficulty. Then, the color. The bottle is transparent, so you can see it clearly. Before pouring it, it looks like a white wine, but after pouring it, it has the color of an aged wine. Now it's time to take a sip. The aroma is the usual green apple with the smoky aroma of bourbon barrels. There is some sweetness, but the fruit tartness is stronger than usual. To be honest, I didn't like it much. However, it seems to go well with Western food, especially Italian meat dishes in a glass of wine. I think it is a sake that requires a choice of accompaniments.

I have not had this sake for more than a year. It is the height of autumn sake, but the lingering summer heat is still intense, so I chose a low-alcohol sake. As usual, the bottle was opened with a sizzle, but it seems to be a little quiet. First of all The sweetness and bitterness comes after the piquancy sensation from the lips to the tip of the tongue. I thought it would just disappear, but it lingers for a while. This is where it differs from summer sake. The sweetness is also a little stronger. The second half is not so sharp, so I think it would be better suited to a cooler climate.

This will be my first time with this AKABU. Opening the bottle felt a bit tame and was fine. My first impression was that it was calm. I thought it was very calm. The sweetness is thicker than usual, and you can feel it expanding in your mouth. However, the sweetness is thicker than usual, making it feel fuller in the mouth, followed by a slight bitterness and spiciness, so it can be drunk without feeling too heavy. I am not a fan of sake at this time of the year, but this is delicious. This is indeed AKABU.

It has been a long time since I have been to Toyo Bijin. It is not my favorite type of sake, but I ordered it because it is very spicy. Unlike the usual Toyo Bijin, the combination of spiciness and bitterness makes it a very crisp finish. It gives the impression that it is an accent on the usual Oriental Beauty.

This is my first time to buy a bottle. I had no idea about the brand name or the lineup, and was attracted by the dry junmai (pure rice) flavor, so I bought it. After I brought it home, I learned that it was from Fukuoka. First, I opened the bottle and heard a light popping sound, which gave me the impression that this was not my favorite type of sake. When I put my mouth on it, I felt numbness on my lips and the tip of my tongue. As I continue to sip, thinking that this is the reason for the dry taste, I feel the sweetness and bitterness pass over the numbness, and they fall together before passing down my throat. My personal impression is that it does not end as quickly as sake from the Tohoku region, but rather disappears, leaving a lingering aftertaste. I would have liked to have paired it with local food.

My first drink. I think. Hmmm. It has the image of a Mie sake. I think it is a bit more like Kangiku, adding acidity to the image of Saku. It is lightly nigori (lightly cloudy). The acidity and bitterness give it a nice balance, and it is very good for this time of year when the lingering summer heat is severe.

It has been a long time since I have posted. I've been drinking, but I've been slacking off in this heat. Today is my first Hakusen in six months. This brand is my favorite and I drink it regularly, but this is the first time I have seen this label. I checked the brewery's home page again. It was a classic sake. First, let's open the bottle. The sake was well heated, but it was very strong. When I poured it into the sake bottle, I was surprised to find that it was yellowish in color. The aroma was naturally mild, and the usual green apple flavor was very slight. The taste is sweet as usual, but again, the bitterness and pungency are very moderate. The acidity is slight. The taste is similar to Mutsu Otokoyama, another brand of this brewery, and has a slightly classic feel. This sake would be delicious served cold with a pot of hot pot on a chilly night.

It's been quite a while since I've had this drink. It is much more refreshing than I expected. I don't know if it's the summer version, but it has a strong acidity that is perfect for this time of year. It is still firm and goes well with the bonito from Miyagi.

This is surely the first brand I have ever seen. In a word, it is still Miyagi. I thought it would have a strong sweetness because it is pure Dai, but it has a moderate sweetness and bitterness. It finishes with a spiciness towards the end. It has a sweetness and a sharpness that makes me want to repeat this bottle.

This is my first sake. It was popular in the store, so I asked for it. It is a low-polished Omachi sake. When you put it in your mouth, it has a lot of pizzazz. And it is sweet and sour. It tastes like a summer sake. It is probably the acidity of the sake's yeast yeast yeast and omachi. It is a pleasant drink in the extreme heat.

When was the last time you had a Jyushiyo? It is unfiltered, so it has a solid punch and is tangy and spicy. Sweetness and acidity. For my taste, the sweetness is a little strong, but the sharpness is very good.

It has been a long time since I have had this drink. It had been a whopping 4 years since I drank this super-hot wine. I always saw it, so I was under the illusion that I had been drinking it more. It has been about a week since the bottle was opened. As before, I don't notice much change. For the first moment, I can feel the sweetness and aroma of Mutsu Hachisen, but after that, the spiciness hits me just as you reported. However, for this spiciness, it is really easy to drink. Also, this brewery's sake does not fluctuate much from year to year, so it is good to be able to buy it with peace of mind. We enjoyed it again today.

This is probably my first sake. It seems to be 35 percent polished. Unexpectedly I can feel the acidity. It is a bit acidic, but I like it because it is tight for a junmai daiginjo. It is tangy and has acidity, which is good for this hot season.

Unable to stand the excessive heat, I went to a liquor store in search of a low-alcohol drink. I looked in the fridge and had no idea what I was looking for, so I asked the clerk and this sake came up. It was a new brand to me, but I had already had another brand from this brewery, so I bought it as recommended. As is typical of Niigata sake, opening the bottle was no problem at all. According to the label on the back, only one bottle per year is brewed during the cold season. The first sip is a slight sweetness, but that sweetness soon disappears and the spiciness of the royal road comes in. The aftertaste is slightly long, but if you drink it slowly, the initial sweetness will leave your nostrils at the end. It is not a high-impact sake, but I think it is a dining sake that can be drunk smoothly during this hot season.
