This is my first time at Ozo. This time, for the first time in a long time, I was lost. I looked in the store's fridge and couldn't find anything that appealed to me, and when I was thinking about what to do, the Hachitan moji caught my eye. I was wondering what to do with it when the Hachitan moji caught my eye. In fact, although I saw it as Hachitan and bought it, when I returned home, I found that it was not Hachitan-Nishiki, but Hachitan-35. It seems to be the parent of Hachitan-Nishiki. This rice also tends to have a sweet taste, but not as much as Aiyama. I have already mentioned it, but when I poured it into a sake cup, it had a slightly strong yellowish taste. I thought it might not be my favorite pattern, but I like it more than I imagined. The aroma is restrained, but the bitterness and sweetness are quite strong. The pungent spiciness also comes in the middle to the latter half of the flavor. This too has quite an impact. It is not spectacular, but in a nutshell, it is deliciously spicy and mellow. It is not just sweet, which is a high point. Since it is quite a strong type, it would be good with yakitori sauce or kakuni.

It is a standard sake for me, but it had been a long time since I checked the records. I have no hesitation in buying it at the liquor store because of its sharpness and sweetness. It says "umakara" but not that much. It has no impact on the palate, but it has bitterness and spiciness. The bitterness, spiciness, and sweetness all come at once. It is a hiyaoroshi-nare, so it has a full-bodied taste. Because it is hiyaoroshi, it has a full flavor and a slightly long aftertaste. It is not modern, but it is not completely classical either. In a word, it is a stable bottle.

I feel like I haven't had sake in a while. Recently, I had stopped buying sake because of a series of sweet sake and also because I had to replace my refrigerator. The ban on sake has been lifted. The refrigerators at the liquor stores are already in the middle of autumn. The weather is still in the middle of lingering summer heat. We have been drinking sake like juice, so we are going to have some sake. This time, I was able to buy it without much hesitation at the liquor store. First of all, this sake is a stable one. The taste is the same as usual. It is crisp and tight, with spiciness and bitterness coming to the fore. And when you roll it around in your mouth, you can really taste a slight sweetness. This may be the key point. After all, it has a lot of flavor. It is usually refreshing, but if you are used to drinking it, you can tell that it is full, or rather, rich. At first sip, I thought it was ayu fish. Today, I paired it with octopus from Sanriku. The octopus is very tasty, but I think it is a bit overpowered by the sake. I think red southern bluefin tuna would be a good choice.

It has been many years since I have had this sake. It had been a hot day and I wanted a light sweet and sour sake, so I bought it. I started with the supernatant as usual. When I poured it out, it was more yellowish than I expected. I was a little surprised because I did not remember much about the last time. The taste is sweet and sour as expected, but the aroma that goes through the nose is a little bit bitter. Even if you mix the oli, this color does not go away. However, the taste changes drastically. The taste is silky, of course, but the tingling sensation disappears when the oli is mixed in. The acidity becomes more pronounced, and the sweetness comes in the aftertaste. I think it would be tough to match it with Japanese food, but today I tried it with short pasta peperoncino. It is quite good. I found an interesting combination.

I bought this bottle on impulse while shopping. I often drink this brewery, but I was attracted to this fancy label. The alcohol content is high at 19%, so it is recommended to drink it on the rocks or as a highball. However, we naturally drank it straight. On the first day of opening the bottle, it had not yet opened, and both the aroma and taste were uneven, so I thought I had missed it after a long time, but I let it sit for a week and drank it when I felt like it. But after a week's rest, I was in the mood to drink it, and it blossomed beautifully. It has a sweet aroma unique to this brewery. However, the aroma of a little alsodé is bothersome. In the mouth, the rich sweetness is joined by bitterness and finished with a pungent spiciness. Although it is rich, it also has a smooth texture on the tongue thanks to the aluzoe. Today, I paired it with sashimi, but the fish was a bit too much for it. For fish, I think teriyaki yellowtail would be a good match, but I think it would also go well with grilled meat, miso stew, or something with a strong flavor. I think it is not for beginners, but I think it is a very maniacal sake.

The heat wave is almost over. I am battered by the hot days. I did not have much sake to drink, so I went shopping for sour, sweet and shuwa shuwa to counteract the heat. I had had this sake once before, but it was too sweet and I refrained from drinking it. But this is how it is because there is no sake with red yeast at this time of year. Opening the bottle was no problem and I immediately took a sip of the supernatant. It is still sweet. Then I mix the ori. It is hard to describe the richness added to the sweetness. However, when you mix in the oli, you can smell the aroma of ripe strawberries. When mixed well, it has a sourness and a slight bitterness. There is almost no sharpness. I think it is good for those who like sweet or low alcohol. It is not for me, but I can drink it like a sweet sparkling once in a while.

How many years has it been since I had a bottle of this classic sake? I went to the store and picked up a bottle. And it is Yamada-Nishiki, which is a royal road. It's been a while since I had it, so I can't say for sure, but at best it is natural. To put it badly, it has no impact. That was my first impression. First comes the sourness and sweetness. Then comes bitterness. The pungency is almost imperceptible. The bitterness seems to be a little accent. However, it has no habit, so you can drink it smoothly. Personally, I would prefer it to be a little more biased somewhere else, but maybe this is the way it is made because of the seasonal sake. I think beginners will appreciate it to a certain degree. I think it is a good bottle for when you are in a bind. I think it is completely a matter of taste. It is a bad impression comment, but it is a very good sake.

This is my second sparkler this year. I couldn't post it last time because I wasn't drinking alone. And when I look back in the past, there is no record of sparklers. I do remember drinking, so it must have been with a few people. I think the basic style of Sentori has not changed. It has a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness. I cannot detect any pungency. The aroma is lychee-like, but not flashy. Compared to Kabutomushi, it has a quieter late-summer taste. If you like Sentori, you will feel the four seasons with this. It was a satisfying bottle.

This is my first time at this brewery. I was attracted by this cool bottle and purchased it. First, let's open the bottle. The back of the bottle said to be careful when opening the bottle, but it had been a long time since I had opened a bottle so violently. It took more than 5 minutes. Naturally, the supernatant was undrinkable. However, there was still some oriel at the bottom, so we poured it in quietly. In a word, it is an adult's Ramune. It has a sour and bitter taste from the shwash. The taste does not change much because it is already mixed with the rice. However, the flavor of the rice is emphasized and it is very drinkable. The shwashuwa makes it go down your throat. It is not so easy to drink in the lingering summer heat. It was a good purchase for the lingering summer heat.

It has been about 3 years since I have had this sake. The last time I drank this sake, I avoided it because I did not have a good image of it, but after shopping for a while at a liquor store, the clerk approached me and we had a little chat. I was in the middle of a conversation when this sake appeared on the menu. Apparently, the toji had changed, and the sake was now made by that famous sake brewer, Jyushiyo. He seems to have studied at a famous sake brewery called Jyushiyo. So we went to the sake brewery. I'm sorry for the long preamble. The opening of the bottle was quiet and very normal. When I put the sake cup close to my mouth, I could smell a pleasant aroma. It is colorless and transparent. First comes the sweetness. Then comes the pungency and bitterness. I was surprised to find that the image of the sake has changed drastically from the last time I drank it. I think it is a little sweeter. I think it is not bad. My impression has changed a little. It is a selfish impression, but Yamaguchi's sake may be a sake that does not disturb you, for better or worse. By the way, it has considerably more flavor than Otters.

This time it is a completely unknown brand & ozo. I was attracted by the cool jacket with an image of the sea and bought it. Also for the sake sake. First of all, the first impression was a chili-colored slight bubbling. I don't know if it is due to the rice called "reihou" or the sake yeast, but after the fizzy feeling, sourness and bitterness like lemon peel are coming. In the second half, there is a citrus sweetness. I think this is also because the bitterness from the first half is still there. The sensation may be similar to that of sparkling wine. It seems to go well with fish. The atmosphere is sparkling wine, but it is firmly sake. (It has a little heaviness), so it seems to go well with sour southern bluefin tuna, etc.

It's been hot every day, and I'm getting tired of it, but today I have this sake. I asked at the sake shop I usually go to for something shwashy because of the hot weather. I asked for something shwashy because it was so hot. So I chose this one from a selection of several varieties. By the way, it is not labeled as "Nama-shu". The bottle was opened rather tightly, but there was a nice sound from the first sip. The first sip. It's wonderfully shwashy. I can't get enough of this cool feeling. And the taste, in a word, it is a cider for adults. The first sip is sweetness. After a slight sourness, there is a bitter taste. Overall, it has a strong sweetness, but it is not unpleasant. It was a great decision. At this liquor store, when I am in doubt, I ask the clerk, and he never misses a beat. This is indeed a liquor store that has been around since I was a child.

This is the second time this year that I have had this sake directly pumped. I buy this sake when it is available, so it is hard to find other sake. The last time I bought this sake, it was also brewed in July, but I'm not sure of the production date. I would like to know if anyone knows the date of production. This is the third day after opening the bottle. It is always quiet on the first day, but I was a little surprised to hear a loud and violent sound, probably because I only drank a little on the third day. Since it is junmai, the aroma is suppressed as before. However, it is impressive that it has opened up, as it is commonly called, due to exposure to air. The five tastes The sensation is sweet and juicy with an added spiciness as usual, but as a whole, it feels very fuller and softer than right after opening the bottle. It is still a bottle that cannot be missed.

Since the stock of alcohol was getting low, we did some research beforehand and went to the liquor store. Still, I still circled the store. Then this sake caught my eye. Aizan in Hidakami: ⁉️ Hidakami is known for its crisp and tight sake, but Aizan has a strong sweetness to it. This sake rice is my favorite, but it does not match the image of the brewery, so I bought a bottle to try it out. First of all, the aroma. It smells of peach and tropical fruits, which is typical of Aizan. In the mouth, the sweetness of Aizan comes through, but the spiciness and bitterness soon follow. My total impression is that it is a hikakami, but the Aizan seems to get in the way a bit. Even though there is sweetness, it seems to be sharp. I think it is not necessary to brew this, but I was able to find an interesting sake. The image of the brewery is important.

It's been two years since we last saw each other. It caught my eye when I was browsing through a mail order site, so I went straight to the liquor store. Since this is my favorite liquor store, I went to take a look around the store and chose this sake. It is not only cost-effective, but also tasty and sharp. It is said to be super dry, but just like before, it is not at all. The aroma is soft and peachy. The first taste is bitter, but it is soon followed by a hint of sweetness. Finally, the spiciness finishes it off with a bang. As I always write, this is the beauty of Aruzoe. Like the instrument Masamune, it is really delicious. When in doubt, I recommend Bakuren.

The last time I went to the liquor store, I bought this bottle because I had a challenge and wanted something solid. And this is the first time I have had this sake in a year. The aroma does not come up as it did last year, but there is a slight grapefruit-like aroma on the palate. What is it? It is not the type of sake that is refreshed by acidity and fizziness, but rather, each of the five tastes is very well balanced and made for a summer sake. It may not have the same impact, but it is still a stable bottle. Finally, there is a firefly on the jacket. This is also a nice touch.

It has been a really long time since I have had this drink. I looked at the record and found that it has been since 2021. Due to the recent price hike, it has become a little difficult to afford. However, when I tried it, I found it to be very tasty. The balance of the five tastes is very good. It does not have much spiciness, but it goes down your throat smoothly. It has sourness and sweetness. The bitter taste complements the sweetness. It will be gone in a day.

This is the first time for me to visit Okura. Well, no matter how much I drink, I will never be able to complete the collection. I wanted a low-alcohol sake, so I asked the waiter to select a crispy sake for me. It was a choice from among the three types she had selected for me. It was simply because I had never had it before. And I was drawn to the price of 2,750 yen per square. The opening of the bottle was a little sizzling, but it was mild. It is a beautiful first impression with no coloration. And the aroma was also subdued and mature. In the mouth, the first sensation was watery and unsatisfying, but it was soon followed by a thin sweetness and then a bitterness in the middle part. The final stage is spicy. It is a very strong sake, but thanks to the low alcohol content, it is easy to enjoy. It is also a very good sake for this time of the year, as it has no habits, and is very cost-effective as a food sake. The liquor store's advice is almost never off the mark. I am very impressed.

This is one of the bottles I went to the liquor store the other day to purchase. Since I had a purpose, I was able to purchase that bottle of sake without incident. But I was stuck with one more bottle, so I asked the clerk for advice. The clerk asked me what brand I usually drink, and I chose the one he recommended. This sake was also hard to find. I tend to avoid Kyoto sake because I have the impression that it has a strong sweet taste. It has been three days since I opened the bottle. On the first day, a slight fizzy feeling despite the sake being kept at room temperature. As the waiter told me, this may be unusual for a sake other than nama-zake. Today, the fizziness is gone and the sweetness rises like in Kyoto, but not so much, moving from a little sourness to bitterness in the middle part of the bottle, and finishing with spiciness. The sweetness asserts itself because of the lack of acidity, but it is more delicious than one might imagine. And the price of less than 3,000 yen including tax for 1 shou is also attractive. It seems to be an option when you are in need.
