新舘幸樹
It is a classic of the standard. There are so many different kinds these days.
It had been a whopping 3.5 years since I had had this sake.
The first sip. It seems somewhat thin. Maybe it is because I have been drinking punchy sake recently. But it is still delicious.
Since it is the first sip, it has a fresh feeling, but it has a moderate sweetness, then bitterness and acidity. And spiciness. It finishes with a crisp finish and doesn't leave a residue in the mouth. What tastes good is good. And it's affordable.
I would not miss it after all.
