It is called "Kuen-drop". It is a famous sake made by Higashiyama Sake Brewery in Fushimi. It is a dark sake. It has a good balance. ⭐︎ Last night I had dinner with my business partner and others. Daikanyama Yamabiko. There are not many kinds of Sake so I sent 4 bottles from Masaruyasan. Sharaku - W - Taisho no Tsuru - Sagata. Sharaku is still excellent. Fresh aroma, fruity, slight bubbles, sweetness - acidity. And Sake Mirai. Yamagata's famous sake rice. It must be delicious. It was the best match with fresh fish. Beer -> Sharaku -> 3 bottles left. 4 bottles for 4 people, I don't remember the second half 😢.

⭐︎ It's been a while since I had a drink at home. I just came home from a business trip to Sapporo on Thursday (Saturday at 2:00 p.m.) and had a lunchtime drink with my wife. We had a pot of warasa, sashimi, and vegetable salad as a side dish. My wife is in a good mood because I bought her a packet of ramen from Junren and a packet from Rokkatei. Green opened about 10 days ago. It's getting soft. (According to my wife). The sharpness has been cured, the sweetness has increased, and the acidity has become stronger. Fresh sake is also good, but this kind of aged sake goes well with fish. I went to the sub-fridge to see what I wanted to drink next, and found some Yamama, so I'll give you a little taste.

⭐︎ Yesterday I was invited by a business partner to have lunch drinks at their house. And we got fucked 😢. I drank 8 bottles in 5 hours with 5 guys. I don't remember the taste or anything about the second half ... . So I had the first bottle of Kido Sparkling. There is a little lees, but almost colorless. I don't remember the aroma. 🙇‍♂️ It has a naturally fizzy texture on the tongue, rather than the mechanical fizziness that is typical of sparkling wines. Refreshing and crisp, but also full-bodied. Medium-bodied. It was a refreshing drink suitable for the first bottle of summer. Kido → Tatenogawa → Shinshu Kamerei → Masumi → Tedorigawa → Yamamoto → Yamamori → Dewazakura = 8 bottles 😢.

Thank you again this year. 🙇‍♂️ It is a well-balanced and elegant sake. Surprisingly, it does not feel summery. It has a moderate sweetness and umami of rice. There is a subtle scent of ginjo in the space between the sweetness and rice flavor. It is elegant and has a sense of luxury. Not so much in the characteristics. But it was delicious 😁.

⭐︎ A hot weather party with my colleagues @ Yataro Azamino. The sake here is excellent. About 800 yen/120cc. Not expensive or cheap? It was a good way to get rid of the heat. We drank 2 beers, Jikin, Hotarugawa, Izumibashi, Kuroryu, and Tasake. We were just the right amount of drunkenness.

⭐︎ It says never shake when opening the bottle and keep it safe... but I didn't read it and flipped it up and down a few times. Took 45 minutes to open the bottle and it was a little lukewarm when I drank it 😢. Citrusy grape juice 🍇❓ Lactic acidic fanta grape❓ Alcohol content: 5 degrees and it goes down easy. It was sweet for me and became my wife's nightcap. The bottle is in the fridge. And now I'm having shochu highball + eel bowl 😁.

⭐︎ ilander Junmai Daiginjo brewed on the Big Island of Hawaii. I licked it as being from Hawaii, but it's fantastic👍. It has a subtle brewing aroma, and sweetness comes first on the palate. The sweetness comes first, then a slight gasiness, then sourness, and then the sweetness goes away to become richness? It's delicious. The Jungin I had next was lighter, more acidic, and really refreshing. It seems to have been brewed since last year at a brewery attached to a restaurant called "islander sake".
