⭐︎ Last night's sake. Hanahayo Junmai Daiginjo. 3.300 yen for 2 gou. Cheap for this restaurant. It is indeed a Hanahayo Kuyu. Sweetness - acidity - umami - gas - sharpness. Exquisite balance. I feel like there are not 2 cups in the bottle, but it is cheap. Best marriage with Japanese food. By the way, at the liquor store (online) where I often buy it, you need about 8.000 yen for the package. It was delicious 😁. We have drunk Ecrille many times, Today's wine is a white wine. It is a Burgundy wine with a mixture of acidity and sweetness. It goes well with sea bream ara. ⭐︎ Last night's drink. First Yamakawa Mitsuo. A collaboration of four Yamagata sake breweries. The aroma is subdued. The acidity spreads first, then moves on to a refined sweetness. After a while, umami and richness come in. It is not gorgeous, but I think it is a good sake for Japanese food. Delicious! Beer x2 -> expensive white wine -> Mitsuo Yamakawa -> Nabeshima. I saved it 😎.

⭐︎ Last night we had a synchronization party with 3 old guys. Sigma 180 over 😢 We had Soba at Fukudaya in Shibuya from 5pm. DRY with Sawaya Matsumoto's Aizan? This is delicious. It has the sweetness characteristic of Aizan, but is refreshingly DRY and has a gaseous feeling that is typical of Matsumoto. It is a seasonal sake and delicious. Beer, Kaze no Mori, Matsumoto, Jigin, Kaze no Mori. I drank too much again.

⭐︎ This is a light nigori sake. I reserved this sake at the end of last year at Masaruya. I was able to buy it at the end of February. I drink it every year in this season. It has a fruity and bitter taste. But it soon goes away and has the delicious taste of rice. As expected of Kuheiji. There is no mistake. Black beer -> Kuheiji -> Kuheiji -> Kuheiji -> Kuheiji. Lunchtime sake is effective 😢.

⭐︎ Izakaya Express 🚃 on the move from Niigata to Kanazawa. It was before 14:00 and I felt treacherous, but I was only traveling yesterday afternoon. I bought this Echino Kanchu Ume at Niigata Station Ponchukan. It is a well-balanced sake, dry but with some sweetness and umami. The train ride made me feel nice and drunk 😁.

⭐︎ The second bottle from my business trip to Niigata. Naeba's famous sake Josumori Junmai Ginjo. Rare 300cc bottle. The type is totally different from Oomon. This is cream soda. I think children can drink it. It is sha-sha-sha, sweet, tasty, and refreshing. A true full course of trendy flavors. Delicious.

⭐︎ It's been a while since I had a lunchtime drink at home. Tasake Junmai Ginjo light nigori. We bought it at Yajima Sake Shop. The first one is the supernatant. It has a sweet taste with a slight aroma of cypress. It has a sweet taste, but it goes away soon. It tastes elegant. Next, we will mix it. The sweetness is slightly softened and there is a gaseous taste. I might prefer to mix them. Tempura, vinegared octopus, eel and pickled turnip. Beer -> rice wine. I wonder if I can go as far as Kuheiji.

⭐︎ Today is a day of taking care of my children (they are my grandchildren) at my daughter's apartment. I brought Kaze no Mori from my brewery sake. ALPFA1 Akitsuho. No doubt about it. The slight gas when the bottle is opened is intriguing. The acidity stands out, followed by sweetness and umami. The rice polishing ratio is 70%, and the alcohol content is 14%. It is a beautiful sake with little miscellaneous taste. Beer→Alpaca🦙→Kaze no Mori😎.

⭐︎ Yesterday, I went to Ebisu with an acquaintance of mine in the same business (an old man, naturally) for sake. Sharaku Junmai. As expected of Sharaku. It is very sharp. The modest fruity aroma and the umami of the rice spread in the mouth and then quickly disappear. It is a royal road to food sake. I drank too much 😢. Beer -> Sharaku -> Sengoku -> Ecru (4 gou) -> highball for some reason.

Actually, the most popular one is Amami's special junmai. Tasake is orthodox. Kangiku is a juicy juice. You can see it clearly when you compare them. I think Amami too.

It's addictive 😁. Beer -> Ume Ichiran -> Tominohouzan -> Ume Ichiran at lunch. At a okonomiyaki restaurant for a get-together. Beer -> Kurokirishima x4. On the train on the way home, I drank 2 shochu liqueur. I came home around 20:00 and fell asleep immediately.

⭐︎ Today we had dinner in Daikanyama. The restaurant is weak on sake, so I asked for Kuheiji, which can be procured from anywhere. What came out was a special order Yamadanishiki. Excellent. (But the bill was 16.000 yen per bottle.) For a Kuheiji, the sweetness and umami are outstanding. On the other hand, the acidity and gassiness are less. We enjoyed it with shabu-shabu. Akahoshi -> Kuheiji -> Tominohouzan -> I don't know what sake. We drank too much and ate too much. The bill was too high (over 70,000 yen for 4 people). The Kuheiji was delicious.

A glass (maybe 6 feet long) was 390 yen. Super cheap 😁. Aroma and mouthfeel like white wine. But I was already drunk so I don't remember much. I remember it was delicious. Yuu -> Tasake -> Bakuren -> Kurokiri with hot water. I almost fell 😢.

⭐︎ My classmate came back from Hanoi for Chinese New Year, so the three of us dads had tempura from noon. Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo. I asked the owner to reserve a bottle for today. It's been a long time since I've tasted Tobiroki, but this was a very elegant sake. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and richness without any cloying taste. What a waste! ⭐︎ Chiebijin @ Nakano Sake Brewery Oita Prefecture. My first time in Oita 😁. It says that they make clean and tasty sake without polishing. It is a beautiful sake. Slight aroma, modest sweetness and bitterness on the palate. It is a beautiful sake with no cloying taste. It is not flashy or trendy. It has a strong alcohol taste. In my opinion, it is a food sake. For some reason, today's entrée is prosciutto ham and salmon roe. But it's delicious 😁.

⭐︎ Today is a one-day business trip to Sendai. Finished work at 17:00 and went to my usual restaurant in front of the station for an hour. There was no Shinmasa, but there was Jyushidai. I was told that it was an alcoholic sake, but actually I don't know anything about it. The owner said it was over 20,000 yen on the internet... 880 yen/unit, a little short. It is still sweet. But it has a full-bodied flavor. I can't tell that it's been aged for a long time. A marriage with fried oysters 😎. It's delicious, no doubt about it. I'm already in highball on the shinkansen 🚅.
