At a recent dinner.
It's been a while since I've had Shinshu Kamerei🐢yama Keishiki.
Since after being borraged at a snack bar on a business trip to Nagano 2 months ago.
This time I tasted it.
As described on the back label.
Fresh and fruity.
And the flavor of the rice that has received the blessings of the mountains. Excellent 😁.
Beer x 2 -> Kamerei -> Tasake -> White x 2
Hi Duke 🐦.
I thought it was a nice space and food, but it was a dinner at a hotel ✨I'm glad you were able to taste the Shinshu Kamerei slowly 😊It seems to taste even better when you drink it in a nice place 🤭.

Thanks for your comment, Pon: 🙇♂️
I'm at a good age and can't eat a lot. So it would be great if I could eat a little of good food and drink good sake 🥹.

Yesterday, I had lunch and drinks at a Japanese restaurant called Mizunoren with some acquaintances whom I hadn't seen in 40 years.
We had a relaxed and lively conversation about the old days in the hotel.
Then we went to the hotel bar and sank at a local cheap Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 😢.
The sparkling sake we drank at the end of the meal was impressive and I will upload it here.
I don't like carbonation afterwards, but the pear-like mouthfeel, the richness and flavor of the rice, and the champagne-like fizziness were very good.
It also went well with elegant Japanese food.
(1) foam x 2 -> Tasake -> Tengu Mai -> Chiyonokame -> Kaygetsu
2) Isami on the rocks
(3) A bottle of cheap red wine 🍷 for two people
Hi Duke Shibuya 😃
It's so luxurious to have a lunch drink at Capitol Tokyu!
The food looks gorgeous and delicious ❗️
It's a very New Year's style production 👍.

Good evening, Mr. Chichi.
The Capitol was 8.000 yen for all-you-can-drink, and there was also champagne, so on the contrary, it was very cost-effective.
The food was beautiful.
Thank you for all your help. 🙇♂️
