I received a line from "Masariya" saying that the Kuheiji light nigori I had reserved had arrived, so I went to collect it.
I had no plans for the middle day of a three-day weekend.
So we had lunchtime sake.
We had a simple oyster nabe and sake.
The first Kuheiji light nigori I have had in a year is delicious.
The aroma is moderate. When you drink it, it is sweet.
But when you turn it around in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, the tangy gasiness, and the umami that is typical of Yamada-Nishiki.
Beer (black + lager) → Kuheiji → the rest of Tsururei
