I skipped work and got this Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki-san when I went on a one-day business trip to Ueda last week.
Last night, I took the liberty of drinking it as a birthday celebration.
It is one of the sharpest raw sake I have had recently.
It was so delicious that I shared it with the owner.
Beer → Kamerei → Kuroryu → Kagatobi → Nechiozan
And then we sank 😢.

Hi Duke 😃I want to bring Shinshu Kamerei to a sushi restaurant and drink it 🍶The brand I'm drinking and sushi seem to go together so well, I've decided to eat sushi tonight after a long time 🤣.

Thank you for your comment, Manachie.
The second half of the day was so slow that I don't remember what I ate for sushi. It's no good.
Manachie, you have a rich vocabulary, which I respect.

Good morning, Duke Shibusawa 😃.
I know it's late, but happy birthday 🎂🎁🎉.
I'm so glad you brought it to the sushi restaurant: ❗️
I think it was a perfect match with sushi because it has a moderate sourness.

Hi Duke Shibusawa, ☀️ Happy Birthday 🎉🎂🎂🎁🎉The pairing of sushi and Shinshu Kamerei is wonderful ❣️ I've never had Kamerei, which is a limited edition from a brewery, so I'd like to try it once 😆.

Thank you for your comment, Chichi: 🙇♂️
I don't want to say it too loud, but I'm 62 years old, so it's not a cause for celebration 😂.
I'm not so good at drinking anymore, and I'm going to try harder.

Thank you for your comment, Gararin. I'm quite old, but I appreciate it. 🙇♂️
Shinshu Kamerei is excellent. Especially this time's raw sake.
I will make a business trip to Ueda to get it again.
