An orthodox, clean sake with a high level of balance between acidity, sweetness, and rice flavor. It is free of any cloying taste and is well put together at a very high level.
A beautiful, full-bodied sake that sake lovers should not miss!

Fruity and acidic. The smell of salted bonito is gone. Too much going on. ❗️
I thought it would be fizzy, but it has acidity and a nice crispness.
I drank too much. ❗️

It was almost the end of time.
I chose Wakatake✨ for my last drink!
We'll finish with a local Shizuoka sake!
The retro label is a nice touch👍!
It is not sold at the brewery, so I bought it at a nearby supermarket.
It is crisp and dry.
It has a delicious rice flavor and goes well with meals.
The bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste are also good.
At a sake fair.
I didn't write down the details, but I think it was a basic one!
It's delicious and has a Japanese sake feel! I want to drink it casually!
KADODE OOIGAWA
Honorific Fuji drinking comparison: ❤️
Fun to compare!
This one is a little drier than the first two.
But it has sweetness too!
Different flavors from the same rice depending on the brewery and specs.
Fun to compare!
It has a fruity aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a discreet umami flavor. The taste is light and dry, typical of Shizuoka sake, plus a touch of sweetness. A limited number of 500 bottles of this sake were produced with a serial number. A four-pack bottle was also made due to popular demand.
GW Sake Brewery Tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train)
The brewery is located in the city center near Oi Shrine, known for the Obi Festival. We were told that the brewery does not sell directly, so we were directed to the nearest distributor.
Yamada Sake Shop. The owner and his wife talked a lot. We talked to the point that our itinerary got a bit crazy. It was fun, so we left it at that. However, Omuraya's selection of sake was amazing. They have three kinds of new Oni Otome sake, not to mention Onna Nai Kase. There used to be a corner bar, but it is closed now. Too bad. But I was allowed to take a look inside. The atmosphere is very tasteful, but in a good way.
I enjoyed Shizuoka Prefecture. Next time I go there, I will visit Raccoon Hole and Yamada Sake Shop.
Also, I want to see Mt. It was cloudy all the time...
