Last night, as our wedding anniversary was approaching, we went to a teppanyaki restaurant for business for my wife. The price of alcohol was high, so I stopped at 3 glasses of 120cc.
This is my second glass of Senya-no-Kame. It was my first time.
It is a dark unfiltered raw sake. However, it is not too heavy, and after drinking it, you can feel it drain right out of your mouth.
It went well with fatty dishes.
Beer -> Nooguchi -> Senya no Kame -> Kaygetsu... I was also drinking white wine 😎. マナチーGood morning Duke ☀☀☀ sales to my wife 😂I hope you mean you haven't forgotten 🤣⁉️

It's my 36th time already. It's almost over 😎 so we need to stay open. I will retire in a few years 😢. mariageIt is rich, sweet and spicy from the rice, with a caramel flavor later on. Delicious. First time at Nosaku. mariageIt is refreshing, sweet and spicy, and very easy to drink. It seems to go with everything with meals. Delicious! デューク澁澤⭐︎

Not that I haven't been drinking sake, but there hasn't been much to talk about.
Today we had tempura in Akasaka.
It's been a while since I've been to Noriguchi Kenkyujo. It is not a high quality sake, but it went well with tempura.
Beer→Sogapale→Noukuchi→Nabeshima→Akatombo ポンちゃんHi Duke!

First sogapere.
At the water curtain at the Capitol Tokyu.
It was so delicious.
And it seems to be brewed with #6 yeast.
This is a white wine. Especially it seems to be Riesling.
Fresh taste and grape aroma.
And a touch of acidity that comes afterwards.
It went very well with tempura🍤.
I have a bottle of Kurazake in my fridge at home.
This one is labeled "Numair UN" (No.1 yeast).
(It seems to be yeast #1).
