As it says, "gorgeous, refreshing, and chilled." The first mouth feel is like water, but then there is a spiciness, and after drinking, the aroma escapes into the nose.
It is truly a "jozen nyosui.
This is a sake from Yuzawa, Niigata, but the Tsurumai-u label is limited to Gunma Prefecture. At 14 to 15 degrees alcohol by volume, it is one degree lower than the regular product and has a more refreshing taste. As the name suggests, it is a watery sake.
This is indeed a smooth, unctuous, and easy to drink sake. A sake for everyday drinking. I chilled it a little too much, but no problem. I'll try a full size next time.
At first I thought it was a little habit-forming, but the more I progressed, the more I found myself drinking it like water. But the more I went on, the more I was able to drink it like water.
This is a new sake. I used to drink Kouzen Josui and had an image of it being rather refreshing, but perhaps because it is a draft sake, it is rather heavy in the mouthfeel. It also has a bitter taste. I drink it with cheese.
I can assure you that it is a great sake for sake beginners and light users like myself.
Because of this refreshing drinking experience, the sweet and light residual aroma, and the ability to reset itself after the second glass of deliciousness!
A model of sake! My recommendation!
The name and taste are as good as the atmosphere of the rice, the stylish bottle with a very high fighting power, and the appearance that convinces even me, a Niigata Niigata noisy person!
If all the izakayas put Kozen Josui on the table, it might take Otter's job.
(These are just the drunken impressions of an amateur.)
No wonder the price of this wine never goes down, even on the Mercury market!
Please come to my house again!
This is the first sake I have ever had that I thought tasted good.
When I graduated from the driving school, I was surprised at how easy it was to drink at the Shinkansen station.
It is just like water.
