After golfing in Susono, at a review meeting at the Mishima Tokyu Hotel in Mt.
There were about 4 gou of local Shizuoka Wakatake Risshun Asa Shibori left.
This was my first Tachiharu Asashibori series.
It was different from what I was expecting, but it was very rich, mellow, umami, sweet, and full-bodied, and on the contrary, very delicious.
Maybe I will reserve a bottle of Senkou next year 😁.
Beer -> Wakatake -> Garyubai -> Shoyuki -> I forgot...

I drank Risshun Asa Shibori last year, I drank Kaiun and Wakatake, but this year I drank only Kaiun 😁.
I was told that morning pressed sake tastes good even if you let it sit for a while, and it seems they were right 😊.

Yes, it has been in the kaikugo for over a month and a half, so it must have aged well. It was full-bodied for a sake from Shizuoka.
