Today I had a casual drink at a local restaurant, Tempura Sato, with a colleague from work.
After a certain amount of drinking, we asked for a premium sake, which turned out to be Jyushidai.
The owner told us that it was a very rare sake.
It is not too sweet for a Jyushiyo.
It has a refined aroma of rice and a rich flavor. It is a well-balanced sake with a modest assertiveness.
1.500 yen/120cc seems to be cheap 😁.
Beer → Kuheiji → Hakurakusei → Jyushidai → Ergemono
