I was just starting to get into sake.
I couldn't forget the taste.
I've had this for 20 years and I've been thinking about when to drink it.

I think my tastes have changed and
I'm sure the brewer has evolved as well.
Whether or not it brings back memories of those days😅.
Relatively new sake rice, Koshikagura from Kashiwazaki, Niigata
A cross between Yamada Nishiki and Hokuriku No. 174.
First day of opening the bottle.
The aroma is rice-like.
It is a little spicy.

There is a delicious taste
It's a sweetness with a bang😁.
Even a few days after opening the bottle
I'm sure you'll like it.
