This sake is from a revived brewery in Suo Oshima-cho, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It still seems to be made at another brewery!
Slightly fruity and universally popular sake? It doesn't assert itself, but I applaud them for getting started anyway.
I dare say, though, that I would like to see a competent toji. I expect sake that goes well with fish dishes, as fish is delicious here 😊.
