Chokyu Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 18%. Unblended sake 1430 yen Purchased at Wakayama Toreto Market The rice is said to be "5,000,000 kome" (5,000,000 stone). It has a clear and crisp taste. The aftertaste is young melon with some sweetness. It is a little dry in the mouth, but the aftertaste is similar to Oumine, but clearer. Oomine has a pear-like sweetness, but this one has a young melon aroma.

For me, who is used to Yamaguchi Prefecture's gorgeous fruity sweet sake, it is light and dry with a clean aftertaste, and the fruity rice flavor gives it a sharpness. Happy New Year everyone!

Bishou Summer Sake Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 Price: 1870 yen including tax The ginjo aroma is rather weak but gorgeous on the palate. The aroma is slightly pineapple. The aftertaste is refreshing. Slightly dry? Seems to be made with Kochi Prefecture yeast AC95.
