Soutenden Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Rating 4.4 Rice: Japanese rice, Polishing ratio: 60%, Alcohol percentage: 17 It is fresh, but also mellow from the mid-palate. The aroma is a little gorgeous, but the moderate acidity makes it refreshing. A good mid-meal sake.
