Following the Kuroryu Shizuku that we drank on New Year's Day, we had another sake, Zhuyin, which takeshon-san gave us!
Jikon's family has been having a "takeshon festival" since New Year's ✨.

The taste is sweet and tasty, with no unpleasant taste.
It has a good balance of moderate acidity, bitterness and spiciness.
I can't tell the detailed specs from the label, but it's a pretty good sake!

This is a very cost-effective sake 👍the rice polishing ratio seems to be in the 20 per cent range 👍I heard they don't use much rice for sake 🤣I hope it's as good as it sounds 😋.
