I'm going to be transferred to another city, so I should drink some local sake...
The mouthfeel is clean and dry.
But the umami is also present, and there is a hint of sweetness in the spiciness.
The bitterness comes in a little later, and it finishes quickly.
This sake is suitable as a food sake and can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures.
I wish I could stock up on it regularly when I go to the Kanto area...
The image is terrible because of the shakiness and diffused reflections.
I saw it at a liquor store I visited the next day and took a new shot, but it wasn't great either 😆.
