I used to buy it at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival when I learned that it had been Gohyakumangoku but this year it was Aizan. Nadagiku special order Aiyama ♫ Nadagiku ♫ Muroka Aiyama ♫ 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱 It's shwashy and cloudy. Lactic acidity and sourness with rice sweetness and flavor. My favorite type among the many Aizan sake. The sweet and juicy flavor comes out more when the temperature is slightly higher than when it is cold. Too easy to drink and I'm a bit maniacal 😇

Good evening... I'm interested in the Aizan, as it doesn't seem to have the "bitter" or "lingering" taste that is typical of Aizan. However, I don't think I will be able to find it in Kanto 😅.

Ane, hello ☀. I didn't find any bitterness in particular 😋. It's mainly sold at direct sales shops, and even in Kansai, you don't see it very often except at department store events😅.

Hi Yasubeyesan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. It's as shwishy as active nigori, so it could be used for nigorin picks 😸. Nice Aiyama👍Let's make it go viral😁.

Purchased last month when I went to Kobe on an errand. I was curious about Nada Kiku because it was introduced in a sake magazine. I thought it was Nada Gogo, but it turned out to be a Harima sake 🤣The sake name was taken from Nada of Harimanada. Cold sake Aroma of sour cream The first sip had a slightly voluminous umami and astringent taste with a sharpness that cut right through, but as the meal progressed, it became more and more light and refreshing. No hardness or blurriness on the palate.

The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival [2nd half] (5) Nada Kiku's booth. I had been avoiding buying the sake because I was almost pushed into buying it by the brewery's toji, who is a good businessman, but bouken told me that the Shiboritate was good because it was made with Aizan, so I tasted it. The person who helped me was a female brewer, not Mr. Mitsusa 🤣. ◉Special Junmai Hatsu Shiboritate Nada Kiku Unfiltered Nama Zake Recommended by bouken. This is an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake made with Aiyama. Slightly effervescent, slightly lactic and gently acidic, delicious. Sold out and only available for tasting. Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate MISA Nama Nama sake, Shiboritate 2025.11.08 Only 198 bottles were numbered. The attack is juicy and thick. It has a sweet flavor with a nice sharp aftertaste. This one is also very nice. The first bottles were sold out, so we moved on to the next.

The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (2) I don't usually go to the Nadagiku booth, but there was a sake I was interested in, so I went there. MISA Shiboritate Nama-no-Hara Sake This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki and limited to 198 bottles. It feels refreshing but sweet. Special Junmai Hatsu Shiboritate The label said it was an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake. I was curious about this sake because I heard it was Aizan this year. Slightly effervescent and deliciously juicy 😋. I haven't bought Nada Kiku in a very long time 😍.

Hello bouken 😃 I'm going to participate in this event today. I'm nervous about how many bottles I'll buy today 😅. If it's Aiyama, I'll be expecting a lot.

This is Nada Kiku's Junmai Daiginjo spec "Kiku no Shizuku". 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio is 48 Alcohol content is 15 Compared to the Junmai sake we just drank, the aroma is more gorgeous and the taste is sweeter and more refined with a full body and sharpness without any cloying taste 😃. I like this one a lot 😙. I enjoyed it with the same oden, but with a darker, fatty flavor like yellowtail rather than tofu 😊.

Today, after visiting a bakery that Kami wanted to go to in Kobe City and a liquor store that I wanted to stop by, we had lunch in Himeji City at the request of Kami, who wanted to eat Himeji Oden. What a surprise 💦💦 she gave me permission to have a lunchtime drink. She said she would drive me home, so I took her up on her offer 😙. So we ordered Nada Kiku, a local sake from Himeji. What a surprise, it's half price on weekdays for lunch: ‼️ The specs are 21% Yamadanishiki and 79% Hyogo Yume Nishiki. Rice polishing ratio is 70%. Alcohol content is 15 Fruity aroma, pear-like sweet taste on the palate, then spiciness. The taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste 😊. It came with yellowtail, grilled tofu, and daikon radish, but the combination with grilled tofu goes well together 😄.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄! It's a staple in our house 😙 that we often go out for 🍞 and 🍶! We rarely get to do lunchtime drinking, so that was awesome👍. Can't get enough of 🍢 and 🍶😁.

The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉔ Nada Kiku] booth. The usual pushy, businesslike master brewer, Mr. Mitsusa Kawaishi, called us in for a tasting. I got the impression that they always bring limited products to events and functions. The limited edition of the hidden sake was sold out. I was almost at my limit point of drunkenness... ◉Judo Junmai Daiginjo This is a sake that I see every time I visit Japan, even though they say it's for export and therefore hard to buy. It has a fruity, refreshing sweetness. The aftertaste is a bit spicy. Nada Kiku Junmai Ginjo A very clean and refreshing sake. Junmai Daiginjo MISA Aizan 901 The first taste of acidity, followed by a little bit of sweetness and a hint of umami. Bouken-san seemed to have reached his limit, so I moved on to the next one on my own.

The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉓ I tend to go through the Nadagiku booth because I might buy something if I notice it😅. The hidden sake was sold out and the tasting was also gone 😿. It's a pity because the light green 500ml bottles used for the exhibited sake were so attractive... I drank Judo Junmai Daiginjo A sake only available in France. I feel like they bring a lot of it to events despite saying they can't buy it😅. It was more fruity and sweet than when I drank it at home in the past. Nada Kiku Junmai Ginjo Hmmm, it wasn't good somehow. Junmai Daiginjo Aizan MISA901 Sold in advance of the brewer's festival. Gorgeous and slightly sweet. It has a gentle mouthfeel without a sake feel. We took a break again, and Nemuchi-san was drinking Iori from Okayama Prefecture. I really wanted to drink Omachi, but there was a rare Shinkame left for the event and Yui was on his way here, so I saved it for later.

At the traveling SAKE in Hankyu Department Store. Mr. Mitsusa, the president and chief brewer, was not present this time 😥. What we drank here was Nada Kiku Junmai Ginjo Nada Kiku Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake MISA Special Junmai MISA Gokumi Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Judo Junmai Daiginjo I bought and drank Judo in the past, so I didn't take a picture of it. I think I have drank most of the ones with similar specs in past tastings. I think the NISA Kyokumi was beautiful and tasty. I think my favorite is Junmai Unfiltered Nama sake. I don't remember much about it though😅.
