Last week I took a day trip to visit the Sakurao distillery in Hiroshima.
I bought a bottle of sake at the distillery, not whiskey... 😂.
And I finally got to go to Miyajima on my third visit to Hiroshima - I think people who go to Saijo on their first or second visit to Hiroshima are pretty much sake drinkers...or sake lovers 🤪.
Cold sake
Ripe fruit aroma, floral aroma too.
Gentle sweetness with a crisp aftertaste.
Slightly hardness.
The alcohol content is slightly higher than indicated.
