Sake produced at Sakurao Brewery in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima 🍶.
It is claimed to be dry with a low alcohol content of 11%, but when served with hot pot, it was a sparkling sake with a hint of sweetness: 🙆♂️
It was delicious!

A cosy ginjo sake from Sakurao Brewery (formerly known as Chugoku Brewery). A little dry but with a gentle aftertaste typical of Hiroshima sake. A delicious sake that can be served with any meal.

I drank it like a sparkling wine, but the first sip was quite sweet and the carbonation came later 🍶.

I like the moon after the rain and I've been drinking a lot of Hiroshima sake, but this Ichidai Yazan is a first for me ✨😍.
I just noticed from the picture on the back that the alcohol content seems to go up a bit from here 😮.

I'm sure the drinkers would get angry if I said that 😅 lol.
But there was still more up there: ☝️
We arrived earlier than our restaurant reservation time.

Lots of straw barrels lined up.
Hanshin Tigers baseball team! They are very conspicuous!
So I made a toast with my favorite sake, Hiroshima sake.
No photo of the bottle.
It tastes just as it should.
There is almost no aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the flavor follows.

After a full-bodied taste, it has a nice sharpness that keeps you coming back for more.
Goes well with sashimi of "small sardines" from the Seto Inland Sea in Hiroshima Prefecture 😋.
