Night in Osaka 🌙⑧
I like the moon after the rain and I've been drinking a lot of Hiroshima sake, but this Ichidai Yazan is a first for me ✨😍.
I just noticed from the picture on the back that the alcohol content seems to go up a bit from here 😮.

...to be continued🥴🌀
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆.
Yes - we've been getting a lot of low al lately, so even 18 degrees will get you there⁉🙄.
I'm sure the drinkers would get angry if I said that 😅 lol.
But there was still more up there: ☝️
We arrived earlier than our restaurant reservation time.
We decided to stroll to the nearby Nishinomiya Shrine.
Lots of straw barrels lined up.
Hanshin Tigers baseball team! They are very conspicuous!
So I made a toast with my favorite sake, Hiroshima sake.
No photo of the bottle.
It tastes just as it should.
There is almost no aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the flavor follows.
I guess apple at the last moment. There is a slight lingering aftertaste.
It went well with fried food!
It was delicious.
Let's win for sure...Carp!
Ichidai Yayama Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Sakurao Brewery and Distillery, Hiroshima, Japan
After a full-bodied taste, it has a nice sharpness that keeps you coming back for more.
Goes well with sashimi of "small sardines" from the Seto Inland Sea in Hiroshima Prefecture 😋.
Ichidai Yayama Junmai Daiginjo Nama Nama Sake 15% Misen Hiroshima Limited Edition
Sakurao Brewery and Distillery
This unfiltered, unfiltered sake is bottled without filtration or heat treatment as it flows out of the funakuchi. This sake has the original flavor of rice and the fruity aroma of a daiginjo.
Konnyaku with baby fish roe" is a specialty of the town of Yurai-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture. The texture of the fish roe and the elasticity of the konnyaku are delicious and go well with Ichidai Yazan.
Sakeawa Kai (2)
Here is what I brought!
I've been interested in it for a long time because it's often featured in magazines 😆.
Smells like white peaches!
Very light in the mouth
Strong gassy feeling after swallowing
Aftertaste is like Super Dry

This is the one I chose at a sake tasting at a liquor store. I chose this one at a tasting at a liquor store. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity mouthfeel with a pear taste, and a tangy sharpness that goes down your throat. It is a good drink for a meal 😀.
It can be enjoyed as a food wine.
A gem that looks deliciously good in a kinky wine glass.
It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing feeling, which is quite a good taste even for me. 😃
I gave this sake a high score of 4 stars.
It seems to be a seasonal sake that can be enjoyed only in limited season.
