Not quite dry, but light.
It has a strong umami taste, but I felt a little off-flavor...
It was a great value for money event with 3 different kinds of sake and a side dish included.

I didn't know it was such a high quality sake when I was drinking it 😅.
It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, good for eating.
