Memorandum Sake rice Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 50%. Dry and umami. A little sweetness in the middle, with a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a lingering aftertaste of umami. It may have been the first time I thought it was well-balanced and tasty, even though it has a dry mouthfeel. I bought it because the jacket looked like Eva's. It was unexpectedly dry, but I liked it a lot. Tasty. I bought it because of the jacket.

Memorandum Sake rice: 80% Domaine Sakura Omachi, 20% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio Koji rice: 50% Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: 60% Yumachi It is sweet and sour and much lighter. The fruity aroma when it enters the mouth is muscat and lychee-like, and it is quite easy to drink. The aftertaste is also quite refreshing without bitterness. It is hard to describe, but it feels like after eating some kind of fruit.

Memorandum Looking back at the past Sake rice Unknown Polishing ratio 50%. It seems to be quite habitual. Spicy? Slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. Shuwashuwa type. Strange. From the beginning, it's sweet and bitter, a bit greenish, but I don't dislike it, in other words, it's unique. After a week after opening, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the spiciness becomes milder. The uniqueness is still there. I think there are some foreign fruits that taste like this.

Good balance of sweetness and acidity. The acidity is especially pleasant. Also, the aroma that leaves after drinking is wonderful. I paired it with tonight's menu, Yokkaichi tonteki (pork tenderloin), meat and potatoes, Mugen green peppers, and sakataki cream cheese, and I think it is an excellent sake that complements all dishes.

The first impression immediately after opening the package is fruity and gorgeous. Then comes a distinct sweetness and a slightly subdued acidity, and finally a hint of bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu, grilled chicken with onion sauce. It went well with this dish, but next time, I would like to try it with something dry and savor it with sake as a main course. I also tried it in a wine glass, but I felt that it was less sake-like and more fruity and gorgeous.

My son returned home on a business trip and I opened a bottle of Tasake. First, there was a refreshing sweetness and the umami of rice. After that, there is a slight sourness and bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu: grilled pork, sashimi of sea bream, unlimited green bell pepper, potato salad, thunder konnyaku, and cooked beans. It is a good sake that goes well with all dishes.

My wife and I went to the liquor store together and she said she wanted nigori sake, so we bought it as her choice. The bottle is wrapped in non-woven cloth and looks luxurious. The taste is quite dry. It has a clean acidity and a slight bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu, sesame soy milk hot pot, and I think it is a good sake that does not interfere with the meal.

I went to the store on the day of arrival but couldn't buy the snowman ⛄️ I ordered it because it was in the lineup! It tastes like yogurt or lactobacillus drink, and it was like the adult Calpis that is often commented on! Not too sweet and the label is cute and nice👍

Snowball Drinking Comparison Day 2 Today we had a bottle of Izumihashi Active Nigori 😀. We will compare Izumihashi's light nigori, Shinomine's light nigori and Houou Mita, which were opened earlier 😀. Today, I felt that Izumihashi's light nigori and Shinomine's light nigori were close in taste. I felt the taste of Izumihashi's light nigori and Shinomine's light nigori are very close 😀. The dry taste mixed with the light nigori is very well balanced and delicious 😀. I opened a bottle of Izumihashi's Active Nigori today, and I found it to be very tasty, with a sense of sizzle and balance close to my favorite sansho 😀. I think I'll have to go with Izumihashi's Active Nigori in today's comparison 😀. Kaorin said Hououmida is still the best 😀. By the way, did you know that Izumibashi's Koyuki and Akkatsu have different facial expressions as well as colors ❓❓😀.

A project I've been warming up to for a long time 😀 It's a snowball drinking contest 😀 I wanted to start earlier, but the warmer weather has been keeping me up 😅. Believing that the fridge is now full and the weather forecast that it will be cold from tomorrow, we'll start today 😀. This time I entered these 6 people... not these 6 bodies 😀 Two Senkou and two Izumibashi . The rest are Ozeyuki and Amabuki 😀. Today, we first opened a bottle of Izumihashi Koyuki Nigori 😀. I had heard that Izumi was originally a dry sake, but thanks to the nigori of Koyuki, it was a well-balanced sake between dry and sweet 😀. But Mrs. Izumi still likes Houou Mita which we compared 😀.

Today's new sake is Shinomine's new light nigori 😀. We will compare it with Houou Mita, Mutsu Hatsusen and Sancho which were opened earlier 😀. I had a little bit of Shinomine before at an izakaya in Nara for a sake comparison, but at the time I had an image of it being dry 😀. This new light nigori sake was sweet but had a nice sharpness 😀 My wife, who loves sweet sake, was very impressed with this sake. My wife, who likes sweet sake, highly evaluated this sake as very refreshing 😀. However, my wife says that the newest taste that she just opened that day is always the best, even if she changes the bottle every day, so I can't rely on her comment as much as mine 🤣. But as I always say, they are all delicious 😀.

First time drinking at home after moving 😀. First time in Fukui prefecture to compare with Otters special sake 😀. I decided on Bon limited hiyaoroshi 😀. This sake was also my first time in Fukui, and I had kept it in the fridge for a while, hoping to open it soon after the move 😀. It was as good as the Otters limited edition sake 😀. By the way, my wife prefers By the way, my wife said that Bon limited hiyayogoshi was better than Otters Limited Sake, but I think Otters Limited Sake is better.

The main sake for my 65th birthday was... Tanaka Rokuugo of course 😀 I had been stocking up on Tanaka Rokugo 65/13 for a while and had it sitting in my fridge at home 😀. It's a very refreshing sake and delicious 😀. It is indeed 65 years old 😀. I wanted to spend the next year with a clear mind like this sake 😀 That's what I'm talking about 😀 65 😀
