Purchased at Sake Shop At Yamanaka Sake Shop main store for the first time in a year. I was finally able to buy sparklers in Osaka, which were sold out in Fukuoka! After that, we went to the Takashimaya Sake Festival! I didn't have much time to see much, so if I have time tomorrow, I may go buy something 😄. Memorandum Sake rice Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 50%. Dry and umami. A little sweetness in the middle, with a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a lingering aftertaste of umami. It may be the first time that I thought it was well-balanced and tasty, even though it has a dry mouthfeel. I bought it because the jacket looked like Eva's. It was unexpectedly dry, but I liked it a lot. Tasty. I bought it because of the jacket. On the second day after opening the bottle, the aroma was alcoholic, but the corners were removed and it was sweet and juicy. The aftertaste is like raisins.

Memorandum Looking back at the past Sake rice Unknown Polishing ratio 50%. It seems to be quite habitual. Spicy? Slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. Shuwashuwa type. Strange. From the beginning, it's sweet and bitter, a bit greenish, but I don't dislike it, in other words, it's unique. After a week after opening, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the spiciness becomes milder. The uniqueness is still there. I think there are some foreign fruits that taste like this.
