Cold sake.
Slightly subdued aroma like white peaches.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink.
Slightly acidic with a moderate umami.
When heated, the moderate umami is enhanced and the aftertaste is dry. SHINOI was too curious about the artistic label to ask the owner,
He said, "This is the most sour sake in Japan.
It's the most sour sake in Japan.
I was too curious about the artistic label and asked the owner about it.
I ordered it!
It's like a vinegar drink with an elegant sour taste.
It looks like it's good for you even though it's an alcoholic drink!
I quite like it.
I am happy to have this rare sake ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! SHINOI was told that adding water is also recommended.
I took it as it is 🍶.
It's not easy to drink, but it's a delicious sake with a strong flavor.

I was curious about this 🌳 store memo
1 acorn for a cup (about 50ml)
3 acorns for 900 yen, paid in advance
A quiet place for regulars to relax

boukenWe bought it at a special distributor in Kyoto, which the brewer told us about.
I also tasted it at traveling SAKE 😁.
I bought it at "tane", a sake store in Shijo.
It is a liquor store that opened around the end of last year. The owner of the store was spun off from Yamanaka Sake Shop.
The owner of the shop is a former owner of Yamanaka Sake Shop, so many of the brands they carry are the same as Yamanaka Sake Shop, but I got the impression that they have a good selection of heated sake, especially Akizuka, Yuho, Asahikiku, Katanozakura, Etsukaijin, and Oroku.
I wanted to try the Blue Label draft, but they only had bottles, so here it is. It has a mild taste and a gentle sweetness. I think it's a versatile type of sake that won't interfere with food during dinner and can be drunk on its own with a gentle taste. Tochigi Ai
It seems to be spicier than the impression I had when I tasted it at a traveling SAKE shop.
When I bought it, the owner asked me if I was okay with the fruity taste of the sake. I was asked if it was okay, but it's not as fruity as it says.
I guess it is fruity among the sakes the store sells.
The rice seems to be Hitogokochi. つぶちゃんGood evening, bouken 🌙.
I'm very glad to see that you drink a lot of Tochigi sake, and there are so many that I haven't tried even though I'm a local 😌. I've only had Asahi Ei and I'd like to try Toushou next time 😊. boukenGood evening, Tsubu 😃.
I love Tochigi ♥ that you drink a lot of Tochigi sake 😁.
I see you are near the brewery 😳I thought both Asahi Ei and Tosyu have a gentle touch overall😊Tosyu please try it🤗. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
